Saint-Armstrong Posted 13 April, 2013 Posted 13 April, 2013 Ocean Village on Twitter: "Reports coming in: #SaintsFC defender Nathaniel Clyne's Ocean Village home broken into this afternoon while playing at St Mary's. More soon." Disgusting, really shameful.
Tractor_Saint Posted 13 April, 2013 Posted 13 April, 2013 Absolutely. However, BWP has an alibi , he was stealing the points against Pompey.
The Kraken Posted 13 April, 2013 Posted 13 April, 2013 I remember Liverpool having problems a few years back when they had games. I think up to 6 or 7 players had break-ins on game days.
Ken Tone Posted 13 April, 2013 Posted 13 April, 2013 Absolutely. However, BWP has an alibi , he was stealing the points against Pompey. Yes but Swansea weren't playing, so BWP's mate was free!
John Boy Saint Posted 13 April, 2013 Posted 13 April, 2013 If they are local little s H 1ts, Southampton is small enough for someone to have a few shandies and get a bit gobby sooner or later: curse them with Rickets, a bolt of lightening is a waste of Electricity!!
Reib80 Posted 13 April, 2013 Posted 13 April, 2013 Holy ****. My flat is 2 floors down, but it's rented out to other tenants at the moment. Hope they catch the culprits, but must admit, it is quite easy to get into the communal part as sometimes the door doesn't shut properly on the latch (or you just wait until someone else for a out and holds the door open for you). I might contact the letting agency I use who is the same one as his and find out what happened
the wedge Posted 13 April, 2013 Posted 13 April, 2013 Total scum. Recently Clyne posted pics of his flat on social networking sites and the addition of coloured LED lights on the windows won't have made the burglar's task to find it any more difficult. There are some awful people out there, hope he didn't lose much.
dickyhale Posted 13 April, 2013 Posted 13 April, 2013 I remember Liverpool having problems a few years back when they had games. I think up to 6 or 7 players had break-ins on game days. Yes this was true. It snowballed by thief's nicking a diary with all names and address in. Lets hope Clyne did not have a diary
Jonnyboy Posted 13 April, 2013 Posted 13 April, 2013 Total scum. There are some awful people out there, hope he didn't lose much. Seems like you know a lot about the case...

Torres Posted 14 April, 2013 Posted 14 April, 2013 I remember Liverpool having problems a few years back when they had games. I think up to 6 or 7 players had break-ins on game days. For years Jamie Carragher had a security guard outside his house when he was away but doesn't seem to bother now.
Hatch Posted 14 April, 2013 Posted 14 April, 2013 The Pompey Trust are going to extreme means to raise funds to buy that pitiful clubs of theirs
Ivan Katalinic's 'tache Posted 14 April, 2013 Posted 14 April, 2013 Didn't this happen to Liverpool players a while back? Wonder if the same group have simply moved down the country? Utter t*ssers.. Or maybe it was Nathan Dyer getting the first blow in as Clyne will be robbing him of the ball for 90 mins next weekend.
scotty Posted 14 April, 2013 Posted 14 April, 2013 This. He has inadvertently advertised the location of his flat on the Internet. Not clever in this day and age. Yep, what with social networking sites and the advent of google streetview, we're living in a burglars paradise nowadays.
