I see what you mean about the Rocky aspect, but really, that is an excellent article. He has described Ricky perfectly and made a great job (even scathing) of his comparison to Holt.

I thought it was a really good read, despite my obvious bias.

ricky LAMBART was an orphan but he was really a prince but he didn't know that so he was working in betroot factory yo (do they really make beetroots in factory i thought they grew in ground - mods please check)

 

One day a fairy come to him & said lols u so fat ricky stop eating all them beetroots yo. So ricky did and he played football and scored goals and everyone was v.happy.

 

Then another fairy got made england manager and he thought danny wellbecks was more good than ricky LAMBART so he never got to play world cup yo.

Good article that, nice to see others recognising how Rickie is so much more than just a big man up front. I do wonder, and I wonder if Rickie does, what a player he could have been if he'd knuckled down at an earlier age?

Really good article and it hits the nail on the head with the main reason why he probably won't get an England call up. Rooney is sacrosanct isn't he?

Good well written article. As much as i want to keep him for ourselves, along with my distaste for the whole England selection process and the media rubbish that accompanies that. I still think it would be a just reward, and would love to see the pride on his face if he was given a brief cameo appearance in a friendly. Lets face it if any player deserves it its him. His humility and attitude deserve it.
