My understanding is that Nick Illingsworth is the president and spokesperson of all saints supporters (minister without portfolio) and all contact should be made with the club on his say so

Its nothing particularly dramatic. Id rather keep it to myself.Its not as monumentally earth shattering as the "Nick Illingsworth Conspiracy".

Don't mess around. Go straight to the top when you have something to complain about. The chairman's staff will ensure it goes to the person able to help you in double fast time and most probably stamped from the chairman's office.
