Looking back now given our recent upturn in fortunes do you think sacking Nigel Adkins and replacing him with MP was the correct decision.

I have to say Yes, not forgetting what Nigel did for us of course :)

We would have stayed up this season either way so timing wise poor after 2 straight promos

Nigel had earned a season minimum in the prem with us

And season in the prem would have been the maximum we would have had

Yes. I think this has now officially been done to death.

Nigel was great. I appreciated everything he did. Thanks.

Now let's move forward with Poch.

If you're looking from a results perspective, we can never know for sure. The recent results have been fantastic, but to be honest I thought the team was playing pretty well, and competing, prior to Adkins departure.

If you're looking from the perspective of what is fair and right for a club (rather than a business), then I would say 'no'. I don't think it was the correct decision and I think he deserved the opportunity to take things further. He wasn't failing in my eyes.

That said I'm not complaining and am loving the way we're playing at the moment, perhaps the best football for a decade.
