LVSaint Posted 10 April, 2013 Share Posted 10 April, 2013 They cost an arm and a leg. Some are quite good, but many are overdone with the more is better mentality. I prefer an ordinary bitter, you can't really find anything low key going the craft brewery route. Of course I enjoy the occasional craft beer, but brewing my own I get 10 gallons at a time of lower ABV so I can drink more!! They took a while to get used to and appreciate, it was many years here before I tried them. Yes, they can be ridiculously expensive, but there are a lot of reasonably priced ones - RedHook, Widmer, Kona - about as cheap as Bud and Miller ****water.
