OLDER BUT WISER Posted 30 March, 2013 Posted 30 March, 2013 Just a thought, we have had the 3 refs who prefer to let the game flow in our superb home wins against Man City, Liverpool and Chelsea and some pundits would say this would suit the "superior" teams. Today Jon Moss did not give his first foul until over 15 minutes had been played, I think it points out what a good footballing side we have become.

A good ref, I don't think anybody mentioned him in the celebrations.
markr27 Posted 30 March, 2013 Posted 30 March, 2013 Sure he was referee for the Saints-Reading game as well in December... let the game flow there too..
Wes Tender Posted 30 March, 2013 Posted 30 March, 2013 He wasn't too bad, but like many others he was conned by that cheating, diving Spaniard who was awarded two critical free kicks by going down like a pansy when one of our players breathed too hard on him. Credit though for not allowing that penalty appeal that Chelski had, as that would have been very unjust.
Gemmel Posted 30 March, 2013 Posted 30 March, 2013 Thought he (Ref) had a good game today. Terry is a little ****, but the ref stayed strong.
shurlock Posted 30 March, 2013 Posted 30 March, 2013 Couldnt see anything wrong for their disallowed goal The lino running the itchen touchline was poor IMO.
Olallana Posted 30 March, 2013 Posted 30 March, 2013 Couldnt see anything wrong for their disallowed goal The lino running the itchen touchline was poor IMO. Handball on Torres, flicked the ball in front of himself with the arm...
shurlock Posted 30 March, 2013 Posted 30 March, 2013 Handball on Torres, flicked the ball in front of himself with the arm... Cheers for clearing that up - couldn't see it clearly from block 4. Assumed it was for a push on maya.
There when Franny scored Posted 1 April, 2013 Posted 1 April, 2013 This article apparently shows the referees that are good and bad for us although there are some major flaws in the conclusions drawn. http://blog.emiratesstadium.info/archives/27818
