Personally I think that's ridiculous. I didn't hear anything remotely racist and all they were doing was venting their feelings about Rio letting down his national team.

Does kind of feel a case of, something bad was said about a couple of black players, so it must be racist.

 

People get so carried away sometimes. My little brother got suspended from school a few years back for calling another kid a "lump of poo". This kid happened to be Asian, but both the boys were 7, clearly anyone with a shred of common sense can understand that is just something kids say, they don't even know what racism is at that age.

 

Racism is abhorrent, and absolutely should be cracked down on, but there needs to be some common sense applied.
