ToreSF Posted 28 March, 2013 Posted 28 March, 2013 Funniest guy in the dressing room, according to Clyne. Will we manage without him?
Window Cleaner Posted 28 March, 2013 Posted 28 March, 2013 Funniest guy in the dressing room, according to Clyne. Will we manage without him? they obviously need jokers at Bolton then, De Ridder and now Butterfield. Must be desperate up at t'Reebok
ToreSF Posted 28 March, 2013 Posted 28 March, 2013 Without Chaplow's sting, Lee's workrate, Sharp's goalscoring abilities, De Ridders dribbling, and now Butterfields wittiness, I really can't see us staying up.
Delboy Dave Posted 28 March, 2013 Posted 28 March, 2013 Didnt know he was still here. Whats the point in him being here?
Turkish Posted 28 March, 2013 Posted 28 March, 2013 Without Chaplow's sting, Lee's workrate, Sharp's goalscoring abilities, De Ridders dribbling, and now Butterfields wittiness, I really can't see us staying up. You forgot Hammonds motivational clapping and shouting "come on" to get us going again after conceding,
Appy Posted 28 March, 2013 Posted 28 March, 2013 You forgot Hammonds motivational clapping and shouting "come on" to get us going again after conceding, Tommy Forecasts' end of season celebrating like he made a massive contribution will be missed this year too, although he could still return and take part.
Delboy Dave Posted 28 March, 2013 Posted 28 March, 2013 To be fair the lack of replies says it all...
ToreSF Posted 28 March, 2013 Posted 28 March, 2013 Tommy Forecasts' end of season celebrating like he made a massive contribution will be missed this year too, although he could still return and take part. Not to mention Ben Reeves raw talent and ability to track back. I really think he should start ahead of Lallana, who is all fart and no ****.
david in sweden Posted 29 March, 2013 Posted 29 March, 2013 maybe a new lease of life in the Championship next season?. Not the most memorable name in the Saints squad perhaps, but he DADFU..when it was needed.

ExSt Peter Saint Posted 29 March, 2013 Posted 29 March, 2013 can't see him ever playing for us again, but thanks for helping us last 2 years.
sammysaint Posted 29 March, 2013 Posted 29 March, 2013 Decent player, did a job and a nice guy, really hope he can get 2 more years of playing regular football, his son is a great footballer, hope we keep a close eye on him when he plays youth football.
melmacian_saint Posted 30 March, 2013 Posted 30 March, 2013 Could see him retire soon enough. Does his contract end in the summer?

mitch01 Posted 30 March, 2013 Posted 30 March, 2013 The thing that surprised me most about Butterfield was his ability to cross the ball from deep positions. Adkins utilised it very well against Boro (home) and Palace (away) especially. Good move from Bolton.
david in sweden Posted 30 March, 2013 Posted 30 March, 2013 Could see him retire soon enough. Does his contract end in the summer? pretty sure you're correct. I think he was given a 1 year extension last year...and he turned 33 in November.....a good chance for him to get another season .....or two...? in a lower league.
