^swap Lallana and Gaston for J Rod and Davis imo

Agree. It's about time to play our best performers, not our flair names that other clubs fans know of but who flatter to deceive.

---------Morgan---Cork-----------

-----------------Davis---------------

-----Punch---------------JRod----

----------------Lambert-------------

Our flair players have hardly been setting the world alight and if we play like we have the past few weeks we will lose to Pool and Chelsea which we can't really afford to do.

Still can't wait for the game, COYR

That's the team I'd pick.....

Probably because the idiot has made it up.

Really? Must of missed that, in fact how much time did the weakling spend on the pitch?

Was our beat creative player last week and in both matches that he went off we got much worse. Read the rest of the forum you're find people saying same thing.

I think thats more down to Tino's subs than Ramirez contribution. While Ramirez is on the pitch there is hope/potential that something could happen. Swap him with JWP or Guly and that hope/potential dies instantly.

Hope to be wrong, but can't see us not losing this.

Pains me to say it, but Liverpool are starting to look a really good side.

Realistically it's not a game we are expecting to win, but I still imagine this place is going to go into meltdown later. Probs avoid it if I'm honest.

G'warn lads, please prove me wrong. The one mitigating factor, under MP we have looked better against the 'bigger' teams, Everton, Utd, City, than the supposedly lesser teams, QPR et al.

I don't think it's the opposition's size - we are just better against tems that play on the front foot as it gives our forward players more space to operate in. We struggle to break down sides who defend in numbers because we don't have any pace. Today gives us more chance going forward ... but we'll have times under pressure I'd imagine. Expecting a tough afternoon and probable defeat, but wouldn't be too surprised if we get something. Here's hoping.

Two CBs and no striker on the bench is a bit odd. Worried about Sturridge and Suarez v Hooiveld...

2 CBs is a bit odd, but Guly is a striker, and he is the only other one we have now apart from the mythical Mayuka. Would have preferred Fonte and Yoshi, but guessing that Fonet is not 100%.

Interesting that Hooiveld and Yoshida still favored over Fonte (and Forren). Great to see both Clyne and Shaw playing again. It's a strong team. But if no goals for us by 60th minute, we need Punch on! Fingers crossed this could be the day Ramirez truly shines.

If liverpool continue their buying policy they will give the 7 dwarfs a run for their money.

Don't think any of the front 3 are too fast so will be interesting, doesnt suarez become an inside right forward when sturridge plays so he is against luke.

Should be good

They may not be quick but I'm sure they're quicker than Yoshida and Hooiveld.

Against Jos it will be like warthogs being marked by a giraffe, hahaha yeah fair point but they aren't going to get the ball as our forwards and midfield will press making them hoof it up field where the giraffe comes into his own.

Just to round off the animal usage, Morgan is our Honeybadger, runs all day, fearless and just doesn't give a f*ck.
