Thedelldays Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 THERE IS A GOD.....thank god for that... now, why did milan look interested like that earlier in the game...
Arizona Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 Ultimate lolage! I was going to point out that 8 years ago Leeds beat Milan on their way to the CL semi final. Hardly seems relevant now.
Colinjb Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS We have just witnessed it boys, that is the moment their dreams went pop. Now they can only go one way. DOWN

Golden Balls Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 Clearly needed 2 pompey goals for milan to wake up!
stevegrant Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 "are you watching southampton" yes we certainly were around the 92nd minute..lol I came in here to say that. To be fair, still a great result. Also still ****ing funny
AwaySaint1 Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 I have not jumped out the chair so high for a goal for around 5 years!!!!!!!!!!
TheCholulaKid Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 ****ing lovely. My g/f not too happy about being woken up with me shouting 'get in there you ****' very loudly.
equalizer Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 i have not jumped out the chair so high for a goal for around 5 years!!!!!!!!!! +1
saint lard Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 To be fair it is a good result, but to have victory snatched away means the fans will really be hurting and it will feel like a defeat, which makes it all the better as far as i'm concerned.
hamster Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 I did enjoy seeing the Royal Marines at half time TBH. We should get the Albion Band to reform and ditch that bloody stupid penalty rubbish. Why is my brother not answering his phone I wonder?
Thedelldays Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 i can imagine thousands if saints fans willing milan forward..just for the fact we would have never have heard the end of it if they had won.. thank god
hamster Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 Two-Nil and you ****ed it up. Two-Nil and you ****ed it up. Two-Nil and you ****ed it up. Two-Nil and you ****ed it up.

Colinjb Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 I have not jumped out the chair so high for a goal for around 5 years!!!!!!!!!! Since Camara v Norwich mate. Utterly brilliant! That was even better then a Milan win, the joy was their for them, and it was snatched.
Thedelldays Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 since camara v norwich mate. Utterly brilliant! That was even better then a milan win, the joy was their for them, and it was snatched. :d:d
Evil Monkey Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 Hope the staff at Southampton Airport give the Inzagi an upgrade.
Andy_Porter Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 I think the Skates should learn from this, singing "can we play you every week" on 70 minutes against Milan isn't a great idea.
Tim Southampton Rover Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 "are you watching southampton" yes we certainly were around the 92nd minute..lol I actually screamed like a girl when Inzaghe scored. We should respond with "Are you watching their attackers??"
Um Bongo Posted 27 November, 2008 Author Posted 27 November, 2008 I think the Skates should learn from this, singing "can we play you every week" on 70 minutes against Milan isn't a great idea. Or 'Are you Bournemouth in Disguise?'
Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL MILLLLLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAANNNNNNNOOOOOOO Have that you fish ****ers. I wonder when PES will post...
stevegrant Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 Or 'Are you Bournemouth in Disguise?' Bournemouth came back from a 2-goal deficit in the last 10 minutes of their last away game as well...
Colinjb Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 Bournemouth came back from a 2-goal deficit in the last 10 minutes of their last away game as well... Oh thats fantastic.
Dannyboy_Saint Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 Hope the staff at Southampton Airport give the Inzagi an upgrade. Will do
stockportsaint Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 I have not jumped out the chair so high for a goal for around 5 years!!!!!!!!!! +2 - Get in Pippo my son. P*mpey - 1 point from 2 UEFA games. Will they scrape into the top 3?
Andy_Porter Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 They will need to win in Germany for any chance of going through.
Um Bongo Posted 27 November, 2008 Author Posted 27 November, 2008 Bournemouth came back from a 2-goal deficit in the last 10 minutes of their last away game as well... Well at least they knew what was coming......
hamster Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 Perhaps it is switched off, just a guess mind. I suspect that he can't hear it with the 'Pompey Bands' rendition of this: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Cx2qQP_9PGs ringing in their ears. I chose that version as I imagine that is how they would sound playing it, and I now want to own a Cimbasso. For those post-tobacco advertising ban, google "Hamlet adverts", you'll get it.
sambosa75 Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 A sad state of how far we have fallen in recent times to hear Pompey fans singing "Are you watching Southampton?" (considering I went to the 2003 FA Cup Final with a St Georges flag with "Are you watching Pompey scum?!" emblazoned across the front!) but I must confess despite feeling oh so depressed upon first hearing the chant, pure delight when Inzaghi poked in the deserved equaliser. 2-2 IS a good result for them, but the fact they were getting so ****y makes them look like prize idiots, which we all know they are! The beginning of the decline for PFC??? I certainly hope so! Up The Saints!

No, the beginning of the decline was when they announced the club was up for sale for £1, they werelosing £2m a month and players would have to be sold in January. And Bagpuss leaving too.
Amesbury Saint Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 No conjugals for me tonight now +1 At 2-0 I was expecting a good one
scott_saints Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 I like to think that I'm not sad enough to hate the blue few too much, but I did find myself jumping up and shouting "F**king have that you skate c**ts" when the goal went in. Good result for them still, but atleast I wont hear how they beat AC Milan in 2008 for the rest of my life. lolz @ them.
saint_stevo Posted 27 November, 2008 Posted 27 November, 2008 I too celebrated like the saints had scored when AC scored. Lolz
