trousers Posted 19 February, 2013 Posted 19 February, 2013 (edited) Tickets just gone on general sale for this (to fans with purchase history). First time I've had to wait in a queue on the online booking system. Can see this one selling out fast. Edited 19 February, 2013 by trousers
Delboy Dave Posted 19 February, 2013 Posted 19 February, 2013 60,000 capacity here we commmmmmeeeeeee
Saint_Pedro Posted 19 February, 2013 Posted 19 February, 2013 I have 2 season tickets - how do I get one more ticket for this game, and get 3 seats together? Can I give up my season tickets to get 3 seats together? Can I do this online or do I have to call the ticket office....
stevegrant Posted 19 February, 2013 Posted 19 February, 2013 By my calculations, nearly 2000 of the just-under-6000 available have been sold already this morning. Less than 50 tickets left for the QPR game.
Junction 9 Posted 19 February, 2013 Posted 19 February, 2013 Just been on and bought 6 for Liverpool, loads of seats left currently and no wait.
svetigpung Posted 19 February, 2013 Posted 19 February, 2013 they're still uncertain about the date for this game...all depends upon 'Pools Europa cup progress or lack of it. annoying for us that have to book flights well in advance. any how , because of this uncertainty , it will now be the QPR match instead.

Please tell me you are joking about this ! I am returning on a 12 hour flight, arriving on the morning of the match (no doubt totally knackered) and proceeding straight to the stadium ! My arrangements will be fckucked big time if they change the time or the date ????

If Liverpool overcome their 2-0 deficit against Zenit on Thursday then our game against Liverpool will be played on Sunday 17th March, probably a 3.00pm KO.
LGTL Posted 19 February, 2013 Posted 19 February, 2013 Can't see them beating Zenit so I wouldn't worry too much.

tajjuk Posted 19 February, 2013 Posted 19 February, 2013 Bought mine seemed to be plenty of space about.

WealdSaint Posted 19 February, 2013 Posted 19 February, 2013 Whheeeee, just bought my tickets. They are selling out fast.
oldsarum Posted 19 February, 2013 Posted 19 February, 2013 Well over 2,000 left at the moment according to online system
jamesb Posted 20 February, 2013 Posted 20 February, 2013 Got 5 next to each other block 2 itchen corner at lunchtime, well happy with that!
oldsarum Posted 20 February, 2013 Posted 20 February, 2013 over 1100 sold today according to online system, just under 1000 left now, would think it will sell out before the weekend if sales continue at current rate
Dr Who? Posted 20 February, 2013 Posted 20 February, 2013 Amazing how a little bit or pr, a few good performances and beating the the champions, gets everyone buying tickets....... This is how you get on one of these runs. Keep going, more bums on seats, more profit, better players, bigger stadium, better results, even more bums on seats, even more profit...... You get it! We had this momentum with debt back in 2003/04, and we did not move forward. I have a feeling this time we will.
Dr Who? Posted 20 February, 2013 Posted 20 February, 2013 On a side note, I remember in the 80's a Man U team who had a half empty crappy ground, and were mid table fodder...... Look how that snowballed! Ok always a bigger name, but still.

Wait until Turkish and the other bully boys see that you have written 2 positive comments about the future. Don't you realise that is not allowed on a "mong" board. I bet one of the bright sparks mentions man walking on the moon.

JRM Posted 21 February, 2013 Posted 21 February, 2013 over 1100 sold today according to online system, just under 1000 left now, would think it will sell out before the weekend if sales continue at current rate I was down the ground yesterday lunchtime and there were a few people buying then , a couple of Poles in front of me were disappointed as not allowed to buy tickets as not on the database which they were struggling to understand. I reckon this will sell out in next couple of days which is impressive. if Liverpool manage to get through against Zenit there could be a few people looking to sell with game moving to a Sunday.

Appy Posted 21 February, 2013 Posted 21 February, 2013 Liverpool will do very well to get past Zenit. They concede at Anfield tonight they will need at least 4 goals.

JRM Posted 21 February, 2013 Posted 21 February, 2013 just had a look online , this game is virtually sold out now with just single tickets dotted around and some in back row of Itchen chapel corner.
Dalek2003 Posted 21 February, 2013 Posted 21 February, 2013 Can't seeing us getting anything from this game. A thumping 4-O win to the Scousers I'm afraid.

Look how that snowballed! Ok always a bigger name, but still. They'd won the European Cup and numerous domestic trophies by that point, we've won the JPT so I can see the similarities in your comparison. Edited 21 February, 2013 by This Charming Man
trousers Posted 21 February, 2013 Author Posted 21 February, 2013 (edited) Liverpool go 1 down...tie done and dusted. Means we defo play Liverpool on Sat 16th. (Said Trousers whilst counting chicken eggs...) Edited 21 February, 2013 by trousers
Olallana Posted 21 February, 2013 Posted 21 February, 2013 Can't seeing us getting anything from this game. A thumping 4-O win to the Scousers I'm afraid. Could you see us getting anything if we were playing Eastleigh at home this year??
Saint-Armstrong Posted 21 February, 2013 Posted 21 February, 2013 When else would we play? Moved to a Sunday I take it?
trousers Posted 21 February, 2013 Author Posted 21 February, 2013 When else would we play? Moved to a Sunday I take it? Yep. Sunday 17th rather that Sat 16th if Liverpool get through
Andre Posted 22 February, 2013 Posted 22 February, 2013 Good effort from the scum, Suarez world class (but petty) as usual.
JRM Posted 22 February, 2013 Posted 22 February, 2013 Liverpool game now sold out more than 3 weeks in advance, wonder how many more we could have sold?
CB Fry Posted 22 February, 2013 Posted 22 February, 2013 Liverpool game now sold out more than 3 weeks in advance, wonder how many more we could have sold? I think we've missed a massive opportunity to sell all those tickets for a tenner a pop, like they do in Germany.
Baldbarbarian Posted 22 February, 2013 Posted 22 February, 2013 Sold out according to online sales. If anyone can help out with a couple of tickets for this please let me know. Cheers
