Window Cleaner Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 how the hell have West Ham got to the near safety of mid table? They are utter toilet. because they had good'ish start to the season, we had an atrocious one. They had some sort of basic PL experience throughout the set-up and we had virtually none. If we'd got any much better than 4 points from our first 10 games we'd be top 7 or 8 by now. We've taken 23 points from 16 games so without the awful start we'd be well ahead of them. Not to mention Gazza's gifties, but then again I always do because without them we'd now be above West Ham, bad start and all.
Doctoroncall Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 how the hell have West Ham got to the near safety of mid table? They are utter toilet. AGood start to the season. They come to SMS on the 13th April, I bet they'll be be decent form by then. It would be great to be above them by then.
Olallana Posted 10 February, 2013 Author Posted 10 February, 2013 Imagine being a QPR fan and watching this game... That moment when they realise that these teams are not the worst in the league.....
tajjuk Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 Game really lacking in quality, think one goal will win it. Lots of humping by West Ham only really Joe Cole that looks to work it around. Villa trying to play the better football but not much creativity seem to be waiting for Benteke to do something on his own. Tompkins looks a good defender though.
Saint Garrett Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 For a big man Carroll goes down easy! He's a diving bastard, did exactly the same at UP when we played there. Find myself wanting Villa to win, despite preferring them to lose. Can't stand Allardyce or WHU. Can you imagine paying £600 for a ST at UP?! Guzan to Benteke.....Jaaskeleinin to Carrol..Guzan to Benteke...Jaaskeleinen to Carroll....
Olallana Posted 10 February, 2013 Author Posted 10 February, 2013 even watching WHU on TV gives me a stiff neck....
110_Persaint Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 Two horrific, god-awful teams. If I never watch either of them play again it will be too soon.
RobM Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 I feel so dirty, cheering on WHam to win. I do think it's the best result for us though. WHam winning keeps us 6 points and a healthy GD ahead of the relegation zone. Since we aren't really competing against WHam this season, I don't care if they move ahead of us even further. It's all about the distance to relegation for me.
Window Cleaner Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 West ham have realised villa are ****e! don't worry, they'll realise that they also are crap any minute now and the game will fade into a bore draw....hopefully

Olallana Posted 10 February, 2013 Author Posted 10 February, 2013 Two horrific, god-awful teams. If I never watch either of them play again it will be too soon. sorry to break it for you.....we still have West Ham left to play this season....

Used to like West Ham back in th day but allardyce has turned them into everything I hate about a club, hoofball, preference for huge players, signing the same old average prem players, poor amount of youth players brought through. Hope they go down next season.

I would say we are definitely competing with them, especially given our recent performances.
Dr Who? Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 I have turned the tv down and have put some circus music on..... It works well. Bet none of you have circus music do you
Olallana Posted 10 February, 2013 Author Posted 10 February, 2013 Some of the Hoofs are so high up in the air that the ball comes down with snow on it....
RobM Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 We're only 4 points behind them, with a similar goal difference. I would say we are definitely competing with them, especially given our recent performances. You're right, of course, and I'd never say we shouldn't aim as high as we can, but this season was all about consolidating our position in the Prem and building a team for next season. A comfortable finish is the priority, not scrapping over 11th-13th positions that nobody will remember the order of in a years time.
Saint Garrett Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 Villa just have noone with a football brain. Just then the ball goes up to Benteke, and he tries to flick it on to noone. I'm so happy we have Rickie who knows what he is doing, and can get the ball down and pick a pass.
110_Persaint Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 Some of the Hoofs are so high up in the air that the ball comes down with snow on it.... Brilliant

tajjuk Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 15 minutes of lumping to come from West Ham then.
110_Persaint Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 Oh cock. What's wrong mate? We're hoping for a Villa win remember so we can catch up to West Ham?
LGTL Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 What the hell is the GK doing there?? He had might as well have been stood in the crowd. The ball pretty much went in the centre of the net.
S-Clarke Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 We weren't going to get every result going our way this weekend, so never mind. We keep doing our thing and there will be no issue. but boy, oh boy. How bad are WHU. Beyond anything I've ever seen at PL level.
RobM Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 What's wrong mate? We're hoping for a Villa win remember so we can catch up to West Ham? Of course, how dumb of me. We're now 4-points off the relegation zone, but the good news is we're just three points off WHam.
Saint Garrett Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 WHU are so lucky they had a good start. They are woeful. 1 plan. Long ball.
S-Clarke Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 Is that Carroll on the floor again? It's all he ever seems to do. £35M for that sack of ****, unreal.
LGTL Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 If Carroll can go for £35M, Lambert must be worth over £100M...
Olallana Posted 10 February, 2013 Author Posted 10 February, 2013 It's all he ever seems to do. £35M for that sack of ****, unreal. In a Liverpool kind of world it isn´t
Olallana Posted 10 February, 2013 Author Posted 10 February, 2013 please one more, that would deffo kill Villa off this season...
S-Clarke Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 You watch them rock, and rock from now on.
DG Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 West Ham have an interesting run of games after today: Spurs home Stoke away United home Chelsea away After that they still have Liverpool, City and Everton.
S-Clarke Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 West Ham have an interesting run of games after today: Spurs home Stoke away United home Chelsea away After that they still have Liverpool, City and Everton. But if they go down, so will Man Utd
Saint Garrett Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 Andy Carroll is so bad it's embarrassing.
shurlock Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 Wham will need another og - only way they're going to score.
S-Clarke Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 Villa are so ****. How they've managed to let such a god damn awful team back into this game is beyond me.
