SO16_Saint Posted 9 February, 2013 Posted 9 February, 2013 The Mrs has given up work after the birth of our little one a year back. She is looking to make a few quid and wants to start an ironing service. If anyone wants their clothes serviced, let me know. Thanks Bridgey
Badger Posted 9 February, 2013 Posted 9 February, 2013 Yes, can she cycle up to Cheltenham once a week ?
SO16_Saint Posted 10 February, 2013 Author Posted 10 February, 2013 Topless cleaning? If she won't do it for me....
Dr Who? Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 If she won't do it for me.... Yes but you do not pay her..... Money talks!
Dr Who? Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 Seriously, it is a good idea as people hate ironing.
Trader Posted 10 February, 2013 Posted 10 February, 2013 Seriously, it is a good idea as people hate ironing. Strangely a lot of women can't get enough of it. And they quite like ironing too.

SO16_Saint Posted 11 February, 2013 Author Posted 11 February, 2013 Seriously, it is a good idea as people hate ironing. Not sure if you're serious - but if you are - she's starting out by charging £10 per hour and free collection/delivery. Roughly 8 shirts + 3 trousers per hour (or equivallent). If you're interested, PM me your details. Cheers!
View From The Top Posted 11 February, 2013 Posted 11 February, 2013 Can't think of anything worse than having a Doris trying to do my ironing. Saying that, my Doris would love someone to do the mountain of kids clothes she does on a Sunday morning!
Pugwash Posted 11 February, 2013 Posted 11 February, 2013 Here's a few marketing ideas http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/extreme%20ironing

There is a business in Royston that do ironing. Good luck.
