Wigan 2-2 SAINTS /// Post-Match Reactions

So. When we were looking more defensively capable than ever under Adkins, we sack him. We then concede two goals from nothing but shoddy defending under Pochettino. I said his appointment would set us back, and so far, I'm not wrong.

Two points from nine. We do not have the luxury of time to get used to a new manager.

Brilliant goals from Rickie and Morgan, and bossed the match.

Don't know what Davis was doing behind the defense for thge equaliser. Played the scorer on, not on the post just lost.

Keep playing like that and we should be OK, but need to hold on for the win.

One nil down with 20 minutes to go, even the bed wetters would have settled for a point.

Superb performance. Woeful defending from set pieces is costing us. This new zonal marking just isn't working. And no men on the posts. Ridiculous. Two men on the posts at corners and Wigan wouldn't have scored today. That is a fact.

horrific result.......another lead blown from another set piece in the 90th min

absolutely horrfic result....that is why we are going down IMO

Yes. We are going down. Not the team 3 points below us who we've just spanked in their own back yard. Don't be such an old woman.

We should have won this game, we shouldn't have won at Villa. Swings and roundabouts, that's still 4 points away to the teams below us in the last couple of weeks. Keep picking up the draws away from home and get a couple of decent wins and we will be fine. Wigan will not overtake us playing like that.

Newcastle and Reading results were a bit of a bummer but there is nothing we can do about that. We played well, we got mugged. I still think we will stay up.

Immense 2nd half performance, completely strangled Wigan and got through huge amounts of work pressing and hassling them.

Should have been 3 points but a momentary defensive lapse and it's 1. That's the premier league for you.

Shaw my MoM - what a talent he looks - with special mentions to JRod, Cork and MS.

If we could sharpen up a bit more infront of goal we should stay up no problems.

Dare I say it but if we had an Adam Le Fondre up front we'd be banging them in all day long.

Players are a lot fitter. We are dominating teams and Wigan will be more happy than us with that point.

We are fast becoming a ver very strong team. Home or away, we are dominating.

Another point in right direction. Work in progress.

Ul the saints!

I see this one as a step back if I'm honest. Deflated as anything at the moment.

We will not get many more game slike this, where the oppo are so ****. Wigan were hopeless, were dominated, yet we still didn't win.

I'm so cheesed off because with the other results, we are right back in the **** with 2 tough games coming up.

This was our chance to pull away, but we've been pulled back.
