Jack Posted 30 January, 2013 Share Posted 30 January, 2013 Despite being considerably worse than us. We are only a couple of points above said dross I know, but consider the form we had to show to overhaul the head start we gave them, the fairly decent run we're on. We rarely look like losing these days. I know we don't win enough when we've been on top, but we do get on top in most games. QPR and Reading only pick up points when they defend like f*ck and get a lucky break, having got lucky not to concede a few. Villa have a go and get picked off every time. Wigan are ridiculously unpredictable, but I think they'll pull it off again. I maintain that the current bottom 3 won't pick up enough points to overtake us. saints-cris Posted 30 January, 2013 Share Posted 30 January, 2013 I think there are 3 teams worse than us.. i reckon we'll be okay. Reading are having their little moment, Villa are knackered on confidence, Wigan i hope is their year to go down, and QPR need to go on a serious run. He is such a pr1ck Going on a about how the chairman had his pants pulled down and how he could not believe QPR were paying players £65k a week... So he encourages the spend to continue Then his rant about agents was hilarious.... I do wonder how many people he spoke to himself to hijack the remy deal Then the stunt of naming two Keepers on the bench.. Saint Garrett Posted 30 January, 2013 Share Posted 30 January, 2013 QPR closed the gap on 17th while playing Chelsea, Spurs, WHU and Man City. Not bad. Rumours are Samba, Crouch, Rolando, Capoue are coming. As for the bloated squad, Harry had to name 2 keepers on the bench after one of the players relatives died today and he pulled out. We dont need top 6 form, we need 2 more wins than the teams above us.Rolando signing for Napoli.

Saint Garrett Posted 30 January, 2013 Share Posted 30 January, 2013 Ha, they have about 15 players who he wants, and the rest he doesn't so his so called 'top drawer man management skills' is to get rid of people he doesn't want and bring in players he does - telling the rest they're ****. Probably why he's left quite a few clubs in the **** financially as he always has to bring in players as he can't get the best out of anyone. Flyer Posted 30 January, 2013 Share Posted 30 January, 2013 You need about 1.5 points a game. Kinda like Liverpool have got now. Fair play, they're not top six. They're seventh. No we need to get 2 wins more than the others and are you suggesting 17th place will only be 2 wins worse off than the top 6?
Thedelldays Posted 30 January, 2013 Share Posted 30 January, 2013 No we need to get 2 wins more than the others and are you suggesting 17th place will only be 2 wins worse off than the top 6? Yes. And you think no one else is going win games? You will need around 38 points to stay up (as do wee)... Which mean you need to be top 7 form or better. We don't If that means you getting two more wins than everyone else, then so be it You are still bottom of the league depsite you disgusting manager and depsite tony "the tweet" bankrolling your future for the next 15 games
Flyer Posted 30 January, 2013 Share Posted 30 January, 2013 If you think that you couldn't have named an outfield player on the bench then you're a tool. Harry is just doing his standard 'the players are ****, everyone feel sorry for me, chairman I need more players' There was a reserve match in the afternoon and you cant expect one of them to be called up. http://www.qpr.co.uk/team/U21s-fixtures/index.aspx 1 GK Robert Green 2 MF Samba Diakité - ACON 3 DF Armand Traoré 4 MF Shaun Derry 6 DF Clint Hill (captain[46]) 7 MF Park Ji-Sung 8 FW Andrew Johnson - Season ending injury 10 MF Adel Taarabt 11 MF Shaun Wright-Phillips - injured 12 FW Jamie Mackie - injured 14 MF Esteban Granero 15 DF Nedum Onuoha 17 DF Ryan Nelsen 18 FW Loïc Rémy 19 DF José Bosingwa - banished from the club 20 DF Fábio (on loan from Manchester United) 21 DF Tal Ben Haim - played in reserves 22 MF Hogan Ephraim - played in reserves 23 MF Junior Hoilett - injured 24 GK Radek Černý 25 FW Bobby Zamora 26 GK Brian Murphy 28 DF Max Ehmer - played in reserves 32 MF Alejandro Faurlín 33 GK Júlio César 37 FW Jay Bothroyd 38 DF Luke Young - coming back from injury/maybe in reserves 39 FW DJ Campbell - death in family 40 MF Stéphane Mbia DF Yun Suk-Young - Visa not yet acqured. Saint Garrett Posted 30 January, 2013 Share Posted 30 January, 2013 So one of the players who played in the reserves couldn't have just not played in the reserves ? Surely the first team is more important than the reserves? It's not like Redknapp just found out at 6:30 last night that there was a reserve game. I know your club is run by short term planning, but not planning for the same day is a new level!!
Tokyo-Saint Posted 30 January, 2013 Share Posted 30 January, 2013 Flyer, you do know that the reserves are part of your squad as well and it is ok to pick them? If you know, you should probably tell 'Arry as he doesn't seem to.

Certainly don't need Capoué, he's a bit inconsistent for the 18 million euros TFC want for him.
MOSaint Posted 30 January, 2013 Share Posted 30 January, 2013 QPR getting draws in these games against top sides is impressive, however I wonder how well they will do against sides they need to beat. Won't stay up by parking the bus and hoping for a lucky set piece against bottom half sides.

Since then (12 games), they've still only scored 9 goals. Defence is better, but they still dont score enough.
