Well i have QPR to win and hope they win for a) my bet and b) because longer there in it more games they play and there subject to injurys bans etc and hopefully it distracts them.

Wigan winning so again hopefully there go through and a team i think who may go down Norwich could do with going through as well, good side but lack attacking options.

@BBCSport: Man City's 5-1 defeat to Southampton in 1960 was the last time a top flight side lost by four to a 3rd tier team in the #FACup. Just maybe?

Can we read much into that QPR result or have they got a reserve team out?

Well, maybe a bit weaker up front.... But behind that not second choice.

  • 01 Green
  • 03 Traore
  • 05 Ferdinand
  • 20 Fabio Booked
  • 21 Ben-Haim
  • 07 Park Ji-sung (Zamora - 67' )
  • 14 Granero
  • 32 Faurlin Booked
  • 12 Mackie
  • 37 Bothroyd
  • 39 Campbell

Norwich 0 Luton 1

Now, that IS significant, a chance for the first non league side to beat someone from the top flight since 1989. (Sutton United beating Coventry.)

Hartlepool 2 - 1 Pompey :)

Obviously not in the cup though.. still brilliant

It was 2-0, and the s****s are heavily pushing for an equaliser, lets hope it doesn't come, they're currently 5 points off safety

Bottom of the table Hartlepool beating them 2-0 at Fratton Park. Even a draw would be an embarrassment to them.

Previous game

Júlio César 33

Nedum Onuoha 15

Ryan Nelsen 17

Fabio 20

Stéphane M'Bia 40

Shaun Derry 4

Clint Hill 6

Adel Taarabt 10

Jamie Mackie 12

Shaun Wright-Phillips 11

Loïc Remy 18

So 9 of the 11 were reserves but they were all **** and it was still embarrassing. At least it will mean a few will never play again.

On that basis it would appear that Harry did a 'Mansfield away' on you.

Play the second string and use a poor performance to try and prompt/frighten the chairman into allowing him to bring in new players. He tried it with Rupert Lowe by fielding the kids in the league cup up at Mansfield, they lost but Lowe wouldn't give in to him. Within a couple of months he was back at the Skates.

So Granero isn't world class anymore then? As you bullishly stated back in the summer, along with Park Ji- Sung. Now they've been downgraded to the ''reserves'' I see.

I think your spending in the summer and last January was always going to land you in this position.

This quote from Yesterday is almost word for word what he said after Mansfield.

"I gave them a chance today because they knock on my door and say they should be playing and other people tell me they are all good players," the former Tottenham boss said.

"Well, they got their chance today and they blew it. It answers questions - not for me because I already knew the answer, but for other people. Today they saw the answers."
