WTF is Lawro on this week?

 

Fair enough thinks we are going to get beaten 3-0, however thinks

 

- QPR will get draw against Man City.

 

- Wigan will beat Stoke away.

 

- Noriwch will beat spurs

 

- Reading get a point against Chelsea.

They still wont draw against Man City! (despite tightening up at the back by getting rid of Anton Ferdinand)

 

Lawro is really is just making it up this week and if it all comes off I cry match fixing.

Yeh this. They were also battered against Chelsea and Spurs.

 

Essentially they have decided to park the pus and see if that works but it's not picking up the points especially as Reading have got a few wins in the bag recently.

Being 13th in the form table is pointless for them, they need to be top 6 in the form table for the rest of the season to have any chance.

Exactly. Theyre showing a bit more solidity, but they need to get a few wins on the bounce. They need serious form to stay up.

 

A few draws isn't going to recover a 6 point defecit.

Am going to the game tomorrow on the Coach from Eastleigh and Yes it would be Amazing

if Saints could get a Win/Draw But I can see it be 3-1 Man Utd tbh with goals from

Lambert/Puncheon/Schneiderlin for Saints and Rooney, Giggs & RVP for Man Utd and whatever

happens it'l be a Great Day Out as well whether we Win, Lose or Draw But We'l See!!!

I'd stick with the Same team that played V Everton tbh and have Lalanna on the Bench to

Start and then maybe Bring him on in the 2nd half at some point to give him a run out and

see what he's like too to get sharpness as well!!!

Don't think either went to Barcelona, so unlikely. Most ITK stuff on twitter turns out to be b****ks anyway.

 

They didn't go. Guly is out though. No chance Gaston will play wide. Our options are limited and I think MP will have realized in Spain that some fringe players just aren't good enough.

Could the shock inclusion be Adam?

 

I initially came to that conclusion but then thought it wouldn't be much of a "shock" as he's been in full training for over a week now.

 

To me, the word "shock" suggests someone completely left field (bad pun intended) which would lead us to the likes of Reeves or Chanbers as mentioned above.

 

There again, without seeing the context of the Tweet in question and the posting history of said Tweeter we're obviously in pinch of salt territory here.

Lawrenson not been too far off so far.

 

He got the QPR draw right, but the score wrong, he had Villa v Newcastle as a draw, which is wrong, he got the Sunderland v Swansea game wrong. We'll see the rest go tonight but so far he's got one result out of 4 right and no scores correct.

 

The Magnus guy he was against got 3 of the 4 results correct and he's some random wrestler.

 

Can't see anything but a loss tonight, the QPR result will spur Utd on to open a bigger gap, they have a full team out. Even if we play well RVP will score with one shot as he has done most of the season.

Perhaps a return for Richardson at RB or Fox at LB allowing Luke to play in the Left side of the 3 up front instead of Davis?

 

IF it is Richardson then Clyne would switch to LB

 

Just a guess brought on by a dose of flu and lack of caffeine this morning

Well lawro had us 3-0, so at least we'll get a goal. Entirely possible we will get thrashed tonight, just need to come through it with no injuries.

Have faith!! Although my TV game watching figures make pretty grim reading, my actual being at a match stats are much better. Can't remember last game I saw us lose, but certainly is quite a few games ago. So anything better than a 3-1 loss you can thank me for!!

Cheers......"worrying" would suggest inclusion of an un-rated player rather than, say, the return of Lallana. Anyway, pinch of salt duly poised.... :)

Hmmm.....Suggests Lee, Chaplow or Richardson to me (I wouldn't include De Ridder in the "out in the cold" category as he's been on the bench a lot recently). Not sure why starting either of those is a "worry" though....we've got a few injury problems ergo we need to tap into the squad....where's the surprise there? Unless someone who is a regular starter is being dropped despite not being injured?

If true I would guess it is one of Barnard, Lee, De Ridder, Fox ?

 

'Out in the cold' suggests to me that they were part of the team at one point so can't see it being Reeves or Chambers. Barnard would suit the 'pressing' tactics despite being nowhere near good enough....time will tell.

 

Just hope we go with Boruc; Clyne Yoshi Forren Shaw; Morgan Cork; Punch Gaston Rodriguez;Lambert
