Mabes Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 All he needs is a big red nose... He even said the word espania when describing MP??????
niceandfriendly Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 He actually spoke more sense than he usually does. Encouraged fans not to show their anger during the game, but keep any protests for before or after the game. Can't argue with that.
Mabes Posted 21 January, 2013 Author Posted 21 January, 2013 In fairness the interview improved after I posted. Let's get behind the team tonight near or far!
Matthew Le God Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 (edited) Bemusing why Sky Sports News and the BBC think SISA represent the views of Saints fans. SISA number about 10 people, elect a chairman etc for what exactly? Their chairman can barely string a coherent sentence together, let alone get his facts right. Tokyo-Saint Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 I can confirm that was Bearsy. Don't be so harsh on him, he posts on here, might read it and get upset. I know he has spent half the day trying to find a (clean) hanky for tonight.
trousers Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 Bemusing why Sky Sports News and the BBC think SISA represent the views of Saints fans. I can't fathom it either. Can only put it down to lazy journalism.
S-Clarke Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 Please put this guy to rest. They jump to him every time for some sort of ''fans representation'', when he's always so far from the general feeling. Please stop broadcasting him.

Could it b all the other groups disbanded, have vanished off the scene?
derry Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 The SISA four are really left wing militant dinosaurs, I've been to meetings they have been running and anarchy doesn't begin to describe it. Just a joke:facepalm:

Neither SISA nor the Saints Trust represent the views of the fans (well maybe some) but the likes of Mick O'Callaghan and Nick Illingsworth are easy to get hold of for a sound bite because Sky and the BBC do have their numbers.

Just a joke:facepalm: I still have my SISA membership card. I last looked at it in 1994. Where are my membership benefits FFS?
CanadaSaint Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 I still have my SISA membership card. I last looked at it in 1994. Where are my membership benefits FFS? It was in your hand when you looked at it in 1994.

Why don't you make your own fans group and go on Sky then?
Saint Fan CaM Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 I would swear there's some SISA persons among the posters on here. Who was it spouting on about 'militia' the other day?!?
ThreeSixty Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 Come on guys, MP nearly got Espana relegated. The spanish fans should never forgive him.
Matthew Le God Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 Why don't you make your own fans group and go on Sky then? Would you like to be my vice chairman?
trousers Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 Probably because they don't have your number MLG. Neither SISA nor the Saints Trust represent the views of the fans (well maybe some) but the likes of Mick O'Callaghan and Nick Illingsworth are easy to get hold of for a sound bite because Sky and the BBC do have their numbers. But the salient point that MLG is highlighting is that the likes of Sky portray these chaps as representing a significant percentage of Saints fans when they don't. I've no objection to Sky et al speaking to the sane people all the time, it's their misrepresentation of these people that I find a little annoying (although not as annoying as trying to unpick the first few sheets of a new toilet roll)
pangy Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 The two young lads that were on 10 minutes ago seemed to give a more accurate impression of most Saints fans, they said they would get behind the team/manager as we are in a relegation scrap and look what happened at Chelsea when you dont get behind the team, when asked about the white hankies they looked a bit embarrassed and said they had no intention of joining in
Saint Billy Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 I prefer the Judean Peoples Front. Yeh Brother, what had SISA ever done for us?.
Turkish Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 Bemusing why Sky Sports News and the BBC think SISA represent the views of Saints fans. SISA don't even exist anymore.
shurlock Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 Your average fan on the board type - should come with a health warning
Turkish Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 Why don't you make your own fans group and go on Sky then? Christ, can you imagine what that would be like. And people think SISA are embarassing.
doddisalegend Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 Why don't you make your own fans group and go on Sky then? This^^^^ All those annoyed with the media going to SISA why don't you start your own group so that the media can have a proper representation of saints fans? The media want to talk to a fans group if SISA are the only ones in the phone book that's were the media will go............
Danny R Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 Your average fan on the board type - should come with a health warning First time I've seen this. Hilarious
red&white56 Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 Just changed my opinion (slightly) on Harry after seeing that video - he called it right on Rio and Frank - perhaps he does know a thing or two about football....
SaintBobby Posted 21 January, 2013 Posted 21 January, 2013 Hilarious coverage on Sky Sports News. Desperately looking for a people involved in the massive, brilliantly clever "hankie waving mass protest". I think they found four. Two of whom just wanted to blow their nose. It's so sad, it's almost cute.
John Boy Saint Posted 22 January, 2013 Posted 22 January, 2013 I prefer the Judean Peoples Front. People's Front of Judea all the way for me................................ Swiftly followed by the Cheesemakers!
