"Saints are being encouraged by the crowd"

"they are being roared on"

LOL, it doesn't sound like from what you can hear on the wireless.

Patience people. If frustration creeps in, that's when Plymouth will look to get at us. We have to keep our composure, keep possession and keep working on breaking them down. Anyone who expected us to just break them down at will is being a tad optimistic.

Oh right.

On the pitch, I heard Yoann Folly's name being mentioned. Hopefully, he won't make much impression.

Was reading Le Saux's biography recently. He reckons Sturrock is a crap manager who can't motivate...

Could you not detect the sarcasm in their voices?!?!

No, and I'm listening through a £3,500 hi-fi. So if there was sarcasm, I'd have detected it. ;)

I didnt realise how quickly I could go off someone until I read that post.

We played well, got down the flanks but cut inside too many times (I guess that's what happens when you don't have real wingers). If we continue like this chances are that we will end up winning this match. Don't get restless, we have keep playing like we know how to.

Squandering all those chances again. One of our major shortcomings this season and I'm starting to worry that we might be about to witness another of those 0-1 "unlucky" defeats.

Just hope it can be proved that my worries are without any foundation.

Sounds like we're murdering them but can't quite put the ball in the net. Hopefully second half we'll get the luck we deserve.

Just think, Saints have had more shots on goal in the 1st half than they had in pretty much the whole of last season.

Also sounds like Jamie White is having a good game for Shrewsbury (lots of shots) - hopefully he'll come back stronger and ready to step up to the 1st team.

no it does not

yes it does Victor Meldrew - look at the text on BBC and see possession stats, shots on target, etc.

You're a real beacon of hope amongst despair aren't you?

This young team is getting better, are (on the whole) a joy to watch and want to play for Saints as opposed to their pay packets.

We're not going to beat teams 6-0 every week......we have to be patient.
