Will Cortese turn up tomorrow?

Or will the coward stay away, just like he did at the Press Conference on Friday.

Whatever Cortese may be, he is not a coward. Persuading Liebherr to buy Saints, and agreeing to take charge himself when it happened, took guts. Sacking Pardew when he did, took guts; hiring Adkins (pretty much unknown at the time), and backing him the way he did, took guts. And whatever you think of firing Adkins, however much one may disagree (I think it was unnecessary myself), it was a decision that took guts!

Cortese, like most successful businessmen, is ruthless and has a huge ego. A coward he is not. Get a grip, man!

Too true! He is a an impatient driven and ruthless businessman with no room for sentiment at all! it is these exact features of his charecter and his ability to stay focused on his goal above all else that have in fact got us where we are today so quickly whether we agree with his methods like them or not makes no difference to him!

I personally like many others think this time he has gone too far and over stepped what is decent but then I like many others feel a degree of integrity and loyalty still have a place in football!

My sentiments too.

I cannot imagine ever going for a drink with NC. He represents some of the problems of detachment by foreign ( and some British) owners towards the grass roots.

However where would we be without him?

SISU?

That guy who lives with his mum?

Some consortium headed by RL?

You don't have to like him or agree with all his decisions. After our protest tomorrow lets get behind the club in our fight for survival!

Even worse SISA dickheads with white hankerchiefs or standing outside the ground while the game is on in protest

He looked quite miffed at FT.

MP's days are numbered.

nah slight grin... but probably thinking Lambo should have go one at least - and JRod looked a bit lost out there - hopefully MP will get the ca=oaches working on him - he needs confidence and also looks too eager, needs to be more measured, look up and give himself time.

Jay's got plenty of attributes, but needs to baulk up a bit as well.

I ike the lad. but clear case of lack of experience showing at the moment - Lambo may not have had prem experience, but different game and age/experience always meant he could play his gme at thsi level - just sad for him that he's 30+ by the time he got his chance. JRods time will come am sure of it.
