Hardly surprising.

 

I think this was initially mooted by Platini a few weeks ago because it's basically the only conceivable way under EU law that English football could be placed under restrictions that would prevent it being such a dominant force.

 

Needless to say, it won't ever happen.

Spreading the wealth from the Prem to the rest of the English leagues would be a start, let alone sharing around the whole of the EU!
