Our quest for the top half

Right, we have a new man in place to take the club forward. I expect some more signings by the end of January as he has been watching us since November.

Should be looking for 10th this season and Europe next season I think, no excuses, as we were already heading up the league.

Right the games until the end of march.

Southampton v Everton 3 points

Man Utd v Southampton 0 points (maybe next season)

Wigan v Southampton 3 points (we are much better than this lot now)

Southampton v Man City 1 point (maybe all 3, but depends how ambitious we really are)

Newcastle v Southampton 3 points (they are there for the taking and our away form is very good)

Southampton v QPR 3 points

Norwich v Southampton 3 points (off form and a small club)

Southampton v Liverpool 3 points

Southampton v Chelsea 3 points

So total = 22 points out of 27 points. Realistically as we are not as good as some think we are, or are going to be 8 or 9 out of 27. Would have been a bit more if we had NA still IMHO.

Time will tell which of the 2 predictions is correct.

It is hard to keep a balanced opinion at the moment, but the ambition has been laid down by the club, so I now expect better results from the club. I will be harsher on the manager, so a win on Monday is needed for sure, it is a home game against a team we are looking to be better than (yes)?
