Here's a run-down of Maya's words... "I would love to score, and celebrate together with our fans. So I hope you can all be patient with me, so that we can!" "Adkins is a VERY nice guy. It's probably the first time I have worked with such a positive person in my life." "What is so great about Nigel Adkins is, I have never ever felt down. The main reason we are so confident and have kept going is the way he is." "I have mixed feelings about the Olympics, due to the end result. But I showed my worth, and ultimately this helped me get to Southampton. So it was successful for me." "Hopefully Kagawa's success makes it easier for more Japanese, with the luck of Shinji and my own performances I hope that we can impress and create opportunities for the future of Japanese football."
