Deano6 Posted 16 January, 2013 Share Posted 16 January, 2013 I have two. Metalist above AfCB. I support Saints 80%, Metalist 14%, AFCB 4% and England 2%. If you have 2 second teams and you like one more, doesn't that make the other your "third" team??
The Majestic Channon Posted 16 January, 2013 Share Posted 16 January, 2013 My Mrs (works in Southbourne) gets a bit of stick at work because I'm a 'Scummer' fan. The funny thing is none of them actually support Bmth but support teams like ManU, Arse, Chelsea, QPR, Leeds, WHam but they follow Bmth as their local/second club. Every bmth fan i know supports a premiership team too, the worst are the bmth/ liverpool fans..if i ever wanted to beat someone to a pulp it's one of these deluded glory hunting tossers. Victor Posted 16 January, 2013 Share Posted 16 January, 2013 If you have 2 second teams and you like one more, doesn't that make the other your "third" team?? No. It means you have two teams that you like equally after the one that you like most. HTH

Golden Balls Posted 16 January, 2013 Share Posted 16 January, 2013 Bournemouth genuinely are my 2nd team. I work down there a lot and I see far more Saints fans than I do Cherries. Maybe that's part of the reason for the bitterness? Also, when they got promoted it got announced at the end of the game at SMS to a small cheer and round of applause. norwaysaint Posted 16 January, 2013 Share Posted 16 January, 2013 yeah, what a bunch of losers still singing songs about saints now we're two divisions apart. Luckily our fans are now well over Portsmouth and no longer sing any songs about them and the Portsmouth posts on our forum have pretty much come to a stop. What a bunch of obsessed losers they are. Saints Fan Dan Posted 16 January, 2013 Share Posted 16 January, 2013 yeah, what a bunch of losers still singing songs about saints now we're two divisions apart. Luckily our fans are now well over Portsmouth and no longer sing any songs about them and the Portsmouth posts on our forum have pretty much come to a stop. What a bunch of obsessed losers they are. Well yeah that's because Portsmouth are our rivals, both clubs feel the same way about each other. Bournemouth on the other hand aren't, we like them and want them to do well. Fan The Flames Posted 17 January, 2013 Share Posted 17 January, 2013 Didn't they sing "que sera sera... we're going to St Mary's" in that clip then ?The promotion game and the FA cup game the other night were 6 months apart, HTH.
UpweySaint Posted 17 January, 2013 Share Posted 17 January, 2013 Well seeing as they've had Barnard off us and now they're having Seaborne ( http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/12691/8402498/Southampton-defender-Dan-Seaborne-is-poised-to-join-Bournemouth-on-loan ) you would think they'd wind their necks in! St.Patrik Posted 17 January, 2013 Share Posted 17 January, 2013 This must mean 100% that Forren has/will sign now - right?
UpweySaint Posted 17 January, 2013 Share Posted 17 January, 2013 This must mean 100% that Forren has/will sign now - right? Well I don't think either deal is signed and done but I wouldn't be surprised to see one walk in and one out almost at the exact same time. No real surprise we're letting him go mind, unlucky perhaps but didn't really even prove himself in the championship. I rated him when we first signed him but needs to kick on and show he can do a job or join the moving on in the summer list
Ken Tone Posted 17 January, 2013 Share Posted 17 January, 2013 To be fair to Seaborne , it seems Charlton were using him mostly at left back, which really isn't his best position ,so it isn't surprising he didn't do well there. At his best, if he has fully recovered, he is somewhere around championship standard as a CB. He should do well at Bournemouth

LeBenali Posted 17 January, 2013 Share Posted 17 January, 2013 Cue the chants of "There's only one decent Scummer" when Seaborne makes his Bmouth debut....same as they gave to Lallana, Thomson, Surman, Barnard etc etc when on loan there......yawn.
