Just though it was time to say well done to the club for a few things.

 

Well done on the youth policy. Although we still need experience in the squad (hopefully we will strengthen this window) IMO you still need a youth presence in a club as they are the future.

 

Well done on managing to keep hold of Shaw, the boy could easily of followed in the footsteps of the others that left, being in the prem and having financial stability helps I know, but he still could of gone. Obviously has footballing heads around him.

 

This policy I hope will help young, quality players to come to us as they will see they will not be sat on a bench with us but actually play.

 

Also many thanks for all the hard work that's been put in to get us back to the prem, we all know its going to be a big ask to stay there but I believe we will, even if its 17th on goal diff.

 

Well done all behind the scenes, and all that work at the club.

 

PS please keep hold of NA, he is the best man for the job IMO
