If possible go to ticket office and have as many transactions as it takes to get the seats you require

We have this problem every time. We now split the tickets into groups of 4 and tell the person who is serving us we need them altogether so all tickets come from the same stack. They do them in groups of 4 but at least we get our tickets together can take ages though.

It's a stupid rule. If you want to buy 100 tickets and they all meet the criteria for that selling period then what's the issue?

Snap, and 2 of them hadn't done enough away games to qualify on the first day. There were so many cock Ups going on the database it must have must slipped through.

 

I was talking to a bloke in the pub about it before the Chelsea game and he didn't even know there was a 4 rule. He reckons he's gone online and got more than 4 three times this season. Is it defo for online sales as well? Because 2 in our group had been to less games, before villa i had booked 4 and then 2 a couple of days later, so id never tried before

As of the first day of the season, if I log in I can only buy 1 ticket on my number, but if I go to my dads it lets me buy up to ten even when not eligible. Well, last time I checked anyway! Still work Ti be done on the system!
