The table is tight!

Both qpr and reading are now on thirteen points only five points behind us. Those shouts of qpr have no chance of getting out of it seem a little premature I seriously think they could still do it! All we can do is keep the belief. How far up the table do you think are still in danger of finishing in the bottom three? Could the likes of Newcastle get sucked in? Safe to assume west ham are staying up?

IMO Newcastle are definitely in danger of going down, especially now Ba has gone, I'd say everyone up to and including Norwich are still in danger of relegation

Probably 3 from 5, maybe Newcastle too but doubt it.

Only obvious part is some teams will hit form and look 'safe', only to fall back again, others will look doomed and then get right back in it. Only Reading perhaps might get cut off. Villa are awful, but that win at Anfield makes them unpredictable so who knows. We're a better side without doubt, but playing well and getting draws might not be as good as wins and losses. The real positive to it is that we're likely to be competitive in more matches than them and have the chance of points.

Everyone up to and including Wet Sham are in a relegation fight. Newcastle are a fair bet for relegation based on their current form, depends what happens post Ba.

QPR are done. Don't be fooled by a lucky win over Chelsea. Lampard's perfectly good goal being disallowed and Benitez's tactical incompetence have far more to do with it.

QPR have Spurs at home next, West Ham away, and then City at home. They will get 2 points at absolute best out of that lot, leaving them on no more than 15 by the time February starts. Harry will whinge and moan about a lack of 'passion' and committment whilst simultaneously slating the very players that have even a chance to keep them up (if he hasn't fallen out with one or both of Cisse and Taraabt by then I'll be amazed).

They'll pick up another point, max, in February, and after we roll them over in an initially nervy but ultimately comfortable win at St Mary's on 2nd March (3-1 after going 0-1 down to a calamity glol) we'll be 10-12 points clear of them and wondering what the fuss was all about.

We can also go a very long way towards nailing Villa's coffin lid shut by beating them convincingly next weekend.

I think Saggy Skate will get QPR out of it, between us, Newcastle Reading and Villa IMO

I Agree its a dangerous game to write qpr off we will look stupid the amount of people on here who've said no chance if saggy face leads them to safety

Everyone wrote us off when we have Liverpool, Spurs, Arsenal and Man City to play at the end of last season, we won 3 and would have drawn the 4th if the news that we were safe didnt come in.

As for falling out, Harry loves Taarabt but Cisse is gone this window. If you want a laugh, Sky are saying were going to get Robinho on loan.

Wonder how it feels to sell your soul......

But then, signing a selfish, arrogant, self serving mercenary to lead a group of selfish, arrogant, self serving mercenaries must have seemed a great idea at the time.

I really hope they crash and burn now. Any team managed by that man is tared by association. Nothing personal Flyer, but you will get the sum total of no positivity from here now. Bridges burned.
