Ohio Saint Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Oh Gaston Ramierz ! Sounds like yoi is having da sex
dubai_phil Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Picked helluva day to give up beer Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk 2
Saintandy666 Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Need more goals. I'll be pleasantly surprised if we manage a clean sheet against this team.
Dr Who? Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 To be fair, I think they would have scored if he let it go.
BotleySaint Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 A mixture of mistakes. Guly to Arsenal in January?
Saint Without a Halo Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 GULY again Ffs and his choice was what?
Edmonton Saint Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Gifted them a way back in. Keep on shooting ourselves in the foot.
Bobbyboy Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 i remember when we used to sometimes get a clean sheet
Ohio Saint Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 tater points out we have scored 3 for the Arse this season. I don't need a reminder
adrian lord Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 We can't deal with crosses or crossed fee kicks.
Lighthouse Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 I hope you're joking, even the thickest fan couldn't blame guly for that...surely? We will have to wait for alpine to turn up in order to find out.
Glasgow_Saint Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 at least he's broken his year + goal drought!!!
Lighthouse Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Guly's part, yes. Puncheon giving away a cheap free kick in that area, no. Yeah, that's what I meant. Arsenal were lucky to get possesion in the build up to the free kick too with a lucky rebound in midfield.
Ohio Saint Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 So, HT and we are still in it, but with Arse in the ascendancy. Hmmmmmm
BotleySaint Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Happy at HT. But Arsenal will come out different next half. At least we've scored twice
captainchris Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Why is it that as soon as we score a goal our coaches tell our players to stand off the opposing team and watch them pass through us? I Don't understand we do that?
Shroppie Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Guly unlucky. Boruc rooted to the spot. He is useless.
Legod Third Coming Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 We can't deal with crosses or crossed fee kicks. We can't. And that's because we don't really have a settled side who have roles and know what they're doing - especially in GOAL! Our organisation at the back is just sloppy sadly. That said. I'm not sure what else Guly is supposed to do there? The question is whether he should be there at all, or whether a better keeper doesn't come out and deal with it?
sfc1976 Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Not necessarily his fault, but it just had to be him. The bloke's human kryptonite and shouldn't be anywhere near the prem.
MOSaint Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Good first half, unlucky goal. Hope we don't tire or panic and drop deep second half. Guly had to try and get it away or Koscielny would have surely scored.
Thedelldays Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Guly unlucky. Boruc rooted to the spot. He is useless. Odd
JoeShmoe Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Played well so far, Morgan, Shaw and Yoshida especially. We really do need a lucky bounce here or there though, we never seem to get any go our way
CanadaSaint Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 That's how it goes at the bottom. The one at Stoke goes wide but that one goes in. Great free kick by Theo, though - right into the soft spot between keeper and back row.
TheCholulaKid Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 I hope you're joking, even the thickest fan couldn't blame guly for that...surely? I've got him on ignore for that very reason.
Micky Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Decent first half, Boruc really is poor. Arsenal won't play that badly in the second half though - got a lot of work to do to get anything out of this still.
Windmill Arm 2 Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 GULY again Ffs How predictable, you love it dont you?
St Chalet Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 1-1 in a game most people thought we would get tonked in is a good effort at HT. C'mon Saints, cheeky 3 points here will kick start our season.
JoeShmoe Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 No way the keeper could have come for thar, he wouldn't have got anywhere near it, just unlucky, again
Dr. Kucho Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 As a team we are playing well, Puncheon has been quiet at times and Boruc seems to be drunk. I hope we can keep this up and get a draw out of this. I sadly cant see us win, but we are doing much better then I expected us to do.
Barry Sanchez Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Puncheon is a bellend for that, Guly had to go for that and was like us unlucky.
Thedelldays Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 I've got him on ignore for that very reason. I was joking. Of course he had to go for it
pangy Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Unlucky really,Guly has been decent gain imo,he gets back and defends well.
Glasgow_Saint Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 when guly misses open goals it's not his fault when guly scores og's it's not his fault when guly plays badly every week it's not his fault
Saints Fan Dan Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Fairly happy at HT, we'll still win this.
lloydie Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 For what its worth to anyone saying guly shouldnt be playing at this level... he has been one of our better players lately, was brilliant away at stoke and has done well (bar the OG) today.
adrian lord Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 We are really nice to watch in the middle third going forward. Just got to sort the defence out this window. It would be criminal for such an attractive side to go down. I think we will just scrape through in the final reckoning.
Saints boy in Leeds Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 Anyone could see that Punch shouldn't of given that away and Guly had to go for it. If anyone thought Arsenal wouldn't of scored today your mental. As if we could of kept a clean sheet against them.
sfc1976 Posted 1 January, 2013 Posted 1 January, 2013 People obviously have much more faith in Guly than me! I don't think he had any idea who was around him, he just aimlessly stuck a leg out for a ball that was too far away from him to be confident of where it was going to go post contact. Not sure you should be sticking your leg out like that in the penalty area when you have no control of where the ball is going to go.
