Stoke tickets not turned up?

Unless i've done something stupid, the f*cking useless ticket office hasn't sent out the two tickets i ordered ages ago.

 

Am i the only one? The transaction happened 'cos i've seen they took the money out my account.

I suppose it depends when you ordered them...If I remember right there was a cut off which said beyond that point it was collection only due to Xmas etc?

give them a call in the morning and ask them to put on the coaches going up

Mine came quickly, this time! Ordered online on Friday 14th Dec and arrived in the post on the following Tuesday. Have you checked your online account transactions? although I have read that some people have had accuracy problems with this.

 

Did you print out your transaction details or your email Purchase Confirmation?

Check with the other people's customer numbers that you ordered for. I paid £100+ for Fulham tickets and they were sent to a mate's house without any communication from the TO.
