In all seriousness, this new ticketing site/loyalty system hasn't been great. I know a lot like to mock the "fan on the board" concept, but stuff like this is a good example of the need for some sort of medium for fans to highlight and flag up issues that affect them to the club and for decent updates to be provided back by the club. VectisSaint Posted 27 December, 2012 Share Posted 27 December, 2012 I know this doesn't help if your transactions have been wiped, but on the assumption that they will get restored at some point, next time you go into your account take a copy of your account history and save it locally. Take a new copy when you purchase new tickets, that way you will have a permanent record and proof of entitlement to tickets in future. You should also have emails for each transaction. My son who has been to the same number of games wasn't eligible but my father-in-law who has only been to two games was eligible. Called the ticket enquiry line and when I finally got through to a very helpful assistant she sold me the tickets over the phone, she confirmed that they have been having technical issues which should be sorted shortly. I've been to 4 away games and so far I've had 2 envelopes open, one to wrong address and one didn't make it at all, had to tickets up at away office before game. I personally never have had an issue but I dont go to as many games as others so I guess my odds on a cock up are limited....I usually select my tickets for collection at SMS if I can... I went to get mine yesterday but it said I couldn't as wasn't elligible (done every game this season bar Leeds) so I just left it as was busy at work. Checked this morning and it said I was elligible for one but the other ticket I was using hadn't been sorted.
