scores a lot of goals in training apparently, Tommy Forecast no doubt made a few saves in training as well. Jamboree bag selection policy last Saturday, transfer window time.

Well lots had thought he would be worth a start and NA said he was on fire in training last week so not that much of a suprise. Easy to criticise after the event, what team would you play tomorrow?

Gazza is fit, he had "recovered" from shoulder injury for last game apparently. [Not sure I actually believed he was injured in the first place, think it was probably a tactical injury].

I would play Lee and Lambert "up front".

I guess Mayuka is trying hard in training at the moment to help get selected for the ACON. As things stand it would not be a surprise if Zambia didn't play him due to lack of games, even though he will be in the squad. I think anyway its another week or so until they go to the ACON. Usually just after the FA Cup 3rd round is played.

although not an expert on Fulham's defensive frailties, I've remarked that most of the goals they concede of late are scored by players who run at defences (Taraabt,Ben Arfa, Defoe, Suarez even Downing) what that don't seem to concede are headed goals and tap ins. So we need to run at them so I'd guess that Gaston and J Rod would be best for that. I like Lee but I just despair of ever seeing him in the first team again. Think he'll be off soon, new season in Japan in March I think.

A good choice and I would not start with Lambert today but not because I think he is past it, rather that four games in 10 days is too much for nearly everyone and we will need his height at Stoke (where I'd also play Guly rather than Ramirez).

So JayRod today with Ramirez in the hole
