In all seriousness I thought it was utterly cringeworthy. When I was told after the game that one of the two participants worked at McDonald's hedge end I was neither surprised nor embarrassed, I understood then that if you engage in both of those things you have to be a retard. So can all you people stop mocking them.

Have you worked in McDonald's? You seem to be getting awfully upset about it. If you have it's no biggie, we've all got to start somewhere and weneed people to man the drive though when we've had a night on the lash.

Also I do have to say that I have worked in the following places.

 

Kwik save

Refreshment bar at the Dell

Burger King

Pizzaland

Pizzahut

 

And if I had to I would go and work in the same area of work again, if it did mean that it helped keep a roof over my family's head. Do not agree with you attitude towards these people that were on the pitch today. They were on the SMS turf, and that is one thing I have never done in that capacity.

If I lost my job and it was the only offer yes. I have to work. The money would not be what I was looking for, but I would do anything to keep a roof above my family's head (inside the law). I do not want to go into my childhood, but it was not great when it came to money, but this has made my more determined to not let that sort of thing happen to my family.

Have a look for yourself mate. I rarely post to be honest but in my 150 odd posts only the last 5 have been Turkey related.

The rest are completely Saints related.

I'm an out of town Saints fan who is an avid reader of this board and previous boards. Unfortunately the quality of debate and opinion has taken a huge down turn - many of the more intelligent posters just dont bother posting anymore.

The main reason is due to the trolling/playground debate that now occurs on this board

I suppose the idiots that are referring to the lad working at McDonalds having alower class job would prefer that employee was sponging off the state. In this current recession I applaud anyone who takes any employment and not come a burden on the state.

It's unseemly that those with well paid, executive jobs feel the need to belittle others because of the work they do. Not everyone is going to be a high flyer like Turkish, but I applaud those who work hard to provide for their families. I remember the days when football was a working mans game, now it just seems to be dominated by high flying executives like Turkish who look down on the working classes.
