anyone else having problems buying these online.

i keep getting the message,there was an error locking your seats

i can buy tickets for fulham,so am bit baffled to why this is happening

You might try Firefox as a web browser.

I find Firefox better than Internet Explorer for booking and Saints away game live streaming etc.

Worth a try?

thanks,have tried this but still no joy,i noticed that all my transactions have all gone from my history apart from arsenal and west brom,so hopefuly its saints end where the problem lies,have sent them an email

I am getting the same error message. Have tried on Chrome as well but no luck. Can phone them later but annoying never the less.

its worked today,so try again b4 you call because they are useless on the phone

also you cant buy away tickets on the phone

Ordered one ticket on 9 December - still hasn't arrived. Tried to order second now thay are on general sale but no joy. It says eligible customers only. Have quite a few points so don't understand the problem.

I know quite a few people that have seen their transactions now missing from their purchase history - don't know if its a temporary problem or not, doesn't sound great though.

I got my Stoke ticket as the same time I ordered some Arsenal tickets for my brother. The Arsenal tickets showed up 2 days later but no sign of the Stoke ticket yet. Rang the ticket office just to check they had received the Stoke order as well (lost count of the amount of times they have ballsed up an order when ordering tickets for more than one game) and they said the Stoke tickets were being sent out at a later date.
