Remember late 80's walking into bar not far from the Train Station in Amsterdam, had Saints scarf behind the bar and some pictures. Think it was called Ben's Bar?

Florida bar six years ago had some Saints memorabillia in.

Any Saints themed bars or pubs people have come across during their travels?

Depends if you mean Saints only theme or Sports themed Bars with Saints stuff in it

New Orleans

Accra

Its hard to find, most pubs aboard are owned by Northerners/Midlanders who moved away from the poor place they lived in back in UK, and Hampshire bar 1 part is not a **** hole.

A bit of over generalisation there I think.

but you do find Northerners will leave there shirts behind in the pubs more than Southerners not because we are tight but they are used to walking about half naked in the middle of winter so tend to need less clothes to go home after a night on the **** in a foreign country.

In Swedens biggest departmentstore Gekås in Ullared they have a small bar where they sell coffey and icecream and such ****e. They have a singed shirt there from the FA cup squad vs Arsenal hanging on the wall....tried to buy if but was told not for sale : /

When recently in Bruges a man started talking to me outside his shop (no idea what he was selling and he was dressed like a tradition belgium I guess? maybe? Looked like fancy dress anyway!) and he has a saints badge/flag thing in his shop

My dad goes out to Majorca quite a lot and has become quite friendly with Jeff Kenna's dad who owns a bar out there. Lots of saints stuff up.

Nice bloke by all accounts.

Not really, saints played a friendly in ullared the july after the 2003 cup final.

Anyway i went for a pizza in the small village of broby in sweden and there was a saints sarf on the wall.

Left a framed Saints Shirt in the Sports Bar, Poppies Lane, kuta, Bali, Indonesia.

I've seen this! Spent many a few days playing pool in that bar drinking cheap Bintang. Always wondered how a Saints shirt ended up there...

Happy days

The Landlord of a bar called The Juban Stand here in Singapore is a Saints fan, I got him a shirt and scarf.

I was really excited to see 6 Japanese lads walking down the main shopping strip all in the current Red home kit.

I got goose bumps, because its not normal to see that here!

Cant wait to fly back home Tuesday and get down the SMS for the Sunderland game! COYR

Been drinking the past few nights - and tonight I expect - in Downunder Bar in Chiang Mai. Run by an Aussie who is a Saints fan.

Not seen any Saints gear there, and haven't got a shirt with me to donate.

Probably a stray Skate tried to set it alight :)

Having travelled extensively in my time (Dubai Phil is an amateur:)) and frequented pubs in all corners of the globe, I can honestly never remember seeing any Saints related items !

I know that this doesn't add much to the thread, but it kind of means that those which are found are like gold dust and should be celebrated !!

It wasn't in a pub but the first time i went to Marakesh i saw a young Morrocan lad on a scooter wearing a 2003 home shirt with Fernandes on the back.

Cheers pub, Protaras, Cyprus.

Framed Saints shirt on the wall by the Gents.

Also, have any of you ever been to the Shamrock pub in Bournemouth? If you want football memorabilia then that's your place. There is a dedicated Saints section in the corner.

Hardly "around the world" but if ever your up in the Cotswolds pop into the black bear pub in Morton-in-marsh. Owed and run by 76 centre back Jim Steele. Tons of saints stuff all over the walls and Jims always happy to talk saints.

Coming at this from a slightly different angle. I'm part of a group in Melbourne that watches every game(join us on facebook 'Southampton Australian Supporters') and we would love to display a Saints flag/jumper as other support groups at the same pub(Imperial Hotel, Bourke street) have all sorts of memoribillia on the walls. Would it be worth asking the club for help? We often have fans making the trip over to watch games which could make it easier. Who would be best to contact?

Cheers in advance for any help and remember to join the fb group if you've ever been to oz, live here or know someone who has or may go in the future. I've just discovered the Aussie pom*ey group has 251 members to our 220 :( so help us get in front of the bastards!

No. Unless you enjoy writing emails for the sake of it and don't mind not getting a response.
