Surely he could have posted the pictures himself before hand, not realising how far it would have gone. Then when he realised it was going to get out of hand, planted his phone in a Maccy D's on purpose so he could use this story and make a bit of money at the same time as eliminating himself from blame (if his wife wasnt in on it)
