It was round 26 of that season and afair we somewhat lost belief after that. A few rounds later we threw away a 2 goal lead against Villa with Steven Davis scoring the winner.

TBF it was 3 vs 7 players from a big hoof up the pitch, crouchy probably shouldnt have done it, he could have carried on into the corner, but then I would have rathered he hadnt have gone on that lsnky run in the first place.

 

Back to the big hoof, what the hell was barnard doing in the middle of the pitch ? And made such a bad hash of dealing with it. The rest was just as bad.

There was one thing you could always gaurentee with Bernard, he'd never actually be at left back when required. Usually somewhere in the middle of the pitch, completely randomly. He had the positional sense of a blind giraffe.
