he misunderstood the initial question. He thought the interviewer said/meant that some people had called in and suggested that fans don't celebrate goals. Ridiculous suggestion, sadly for him not one that anyone had actually made.

As Chez said - he didn't understand a very simple question, even when the radio guy tried to bail him out, he just gets more and more obnoxious. I doubt he will be asked for too many more 'expert' opinions by the media from here on in!
