Saints boy in Leeds Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 Just finished having a ganders on the OFS and came across this, prob nothing in it, just wondered ? Lallana comes in for Gaston Ramirez who is now unable to attend the session. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/article/substitution-in-store-signing-523311.aspx
Essruu Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 Gastón had to fly home yesterday evening for 'family reasons'. No injury, no bust up, no problems. Out of respect, I am not going to divulge the reason, but neither should anyone get agitated or indeed speculate wildly. He's happy here, is moving out of the hotel into his new house and is having his Ford Mustang shipped here any day now, so don't worry about his commitment to SFC (his Mustang is frickin' awesome, by the way!)
Saints boy in Leeds Posted 3 December, 2012 Author Posted 3 December, 2012 All good, i didnt think theres anything to worry about, just wondered. Cheers for your info, are you linked to the club somehow then ?
Saint Charlie Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 Hopefully he will be back for Reading, he is the type of player who has made the difference in these games.
Glasgow_Saint Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 I can confirm that his Mustang is awesome and Gaston is a bloody nice blooke
buctootim Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 All good, i didnt think theres anything to worry about, just wondered. Cheers for your info, are you linked to the club somehow then ? He's a taxi driver. Guess he's picked up Gaston and had a chat.
eurosaint Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 It's a bloody long way to Uruguay and back in a couple of days ! Hope he's not knackered come Saturday, even if he makes it back at all ??
shirleysfc Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 Can't see him being available for the Reading game if he's gone back to Uruguay for personal reasons
Turkish Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 I can vouch for Essruu being a very good source.
shirleysfc Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 I can vouch for Essruu being a very good source. Phew!!
Born In The 80s Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 Really bad news. We will definitely miss him against Reading.

the stain Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 I can vouch for Essruu being a very good source. I can vouch for Turkish. He's never got anything wrong. Not even stuff about Guly.
Turkish Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 I can vouch for Turkish. He's never got anything wrong. Not even stuff about Guly. Oh look I've got another stalker. For the last time I didn't get the thing wrong about Guly, I made it up, it was bullsh*t and oh how I chuckled at some of you desperately trying to prove it wrong.

This is impressive posting for three reasons. 1) His English must be improving rapidly for you to know all that (that's not meant as an "I don't believe you" post as I know you're in a position for him to tell you) 2) You used the words "out of respect" , probably a first for you on here, possibly anywhere. 3) You know how to put that little accent thing over the o in Gaston

You replied to my comment after just two minutes.....seems like you have tabs on my posts. Anyway, let's not fall out about it, you got something wrong and therefore lost all credibility. No biggie, you don't have to get all aggressive.

Charlie Wayman Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 Saw Jo Tessem and Michael Svensson in West Quay at lunchtime.. what are they doing here? Happy to pose for pics, they still look like young kids and have kept in good shape... Rumour machine engage!
S-Clarke Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 It's Monday, the game is on Saturday. I imagine he flew out yesterday. Therefore he has an entire week to get back here. From what I understood, it doesn't take a week to travel back from Uruguay. Don't panic.

Tessem lives around the Totton area as he's often in the Totton gym and runs the streets sometimes.

Essruu Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 What area is his new house in? I know, but again, out of respect and his privacy I am not going to say. And Wurzel: Gastón has been having a few English lessons a week. He has gone from not speaking or understanding a word of English when he first arrived, to being able to hold a very decent conversation in the short time he's been here. His pronunciation can be a bit off and I have had to have him repeat things a few times... but he's getting there!
S-Clarke Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 Assumed he was in Italy... Even less reason to panic!

For the last time I didn't get the thing wrong about Guly, I made it up, it was bullsh*t and oh how I chuckled at some of you desperately trying to prove it wrong. Yeh, when I go and post something, pretending to be in the know, and it turns out to be a crock of sheet, and i'm caught in the lie, I really have made it up too as bull**** and was really on the wind up as well.

From what I understood, it doesn't take a week to travel back from Uruguay. Don't panic. Flying all the way to Uruguay and back in the space of a few days is rubbish preparation for a massive game. Obviously he's got to do it for whatever personal reasons, but it's not going to do our prep for the Reading game any good.
