Lets B Avenue Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/article/stoke-ticket-information-521973.aspx?pageView=full#anchored Well pis sed off with this restriction of 4 per transaction, as I have been getting our groups tickets for years. I had a blazing row with the TO last week and then again with the "Official numpty" who rang me back to answer my complaint. He tried to justify it byclaiming it was due to the fiasco over the Arsenal tickets. I pointed out that if they had gone on the previous 2 years sales, this would have been avoided.
oldsarum Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 If you travel from London to Stoke using London Midland Trains (not Virgin) you can get Group 4 tickets works out £68 for 4 (£17 each), kids under 15 -£1 each http://tickets.londonmidland.com/ Journey up from London takes just over 2 hours, a bit longer coming back, but you can get these tickets on the day if necessary

It's utter boll.oxs as we've always bought as a group and now we have to do it as 2 groups.
This Charming Man Posted 3 December, 2012 Posted 3 December, 2012 There should be flexibility on that rule. I can understand them doing it for games with a high demand but for less popular games, you should be able to get as many as you want in one transaction. We should be doing everything possible to try and shift tickets. Instead we ban away match ticket sales over the phone and introduce restrictive ticket sale policies.

The most frustrating thing about the whole situation is that we still end up selling the tickets. It's only Man City that hasn't come close to selling out so far this season and there were all sorts of mitigating circumstances there. This is why fans in this country will continue to have the **** taken out of them by clubs nationwide, even when they're being forced to jump through all sorts of hoops just to buy a ****ing match ticket, they'll still happily do so rather than actually stand up for themselves.

Certainly NOT happily, Steve. As I made clear to them. But whats the alternative? if I dont go to the game, my protest only hurts me. (Although missing Saturday's supine effort would have been a godsend!)
Griffo Posted 9 December, 2012 Posted 9 December, 2012 Are any unofficial coaches running for this? Saints Unofficial coaches are doing it as usual. 24 quid according to their twitter. Free food/drink and sky/ESPN. 07801867365 is their number.

Griffo Posted 27 December, 2012 Posted 27 December, 2012 Does the travel club still even run? Where does the unofficial bus depart from in Southampton? cheers @SaintsTravel 4 seats left for stoke #saintsfc If you want to book up with them then I'd be quick. Griffo Posted 27 December, 2012 Posted 27 December, 2012 @SaintsTravel Stoke v saints now sold out on the coach Too late.
This Charming Man Posted 27 December, 2012 Posted 27 December, 2012 Anyone know how many we've sold for this? Must admit I was quite surprised the club took the full allocation for this one. I reckon we will barely have 2k there.
Chez Posted 27 December, 2012 Posted 27 December, 2012 Instead we ban away match ticket sales over the phone when did that start?
Colbury Posted 28 December, 2012 Posted 28 December, 2012 I'm hoping to pay on the gate.. Is this feasible?
This Charming Man Posted 28 December, 2012 Posted 28 December, 2012 when did that start? Been like that for a while now.
This Charming Man Posted 28 December, 2012 Posted 28 December, 2012 I'm hoping to pay on the gate.. Is this feasible? Double check with the ticket office but the fact they have taken them off sale on-line (so they can send the remaining tickets up with the team coach, I guess) would suggest that you probably can.
grantsaint Posted 28 December, 2012 Posted 28 December, 2012 Just phoned ticket office, sending tickets up on team bus and they will be available at the turnstyles. Hoping to make it down to this one, travelling from Glasgow area so if anyone is wanting to car share etc PM me.
