I think you’re right.

Also, Abramovich usually insists on Chelsea attempting to win all the competitions they enter so I can’t see Chelsea fielding a second rate team either

This might be the best chance of a trophy available to them, so I expect Benitez will be taking it seriously.

The battle of the development squads. Can't wait... let's run that again, development squads FFS who wants to watch that load of old crap?

When we last played a top team in the FA Cup as a League One side vs Man Utd in 2010 we used this...

24 Bialkowski

03 Harding

06 Fonte

12 Butterfield

19 Seaborne

04 Schneiderlin

11 Guly (N'Guessan 79)

26 Oxlade-Chamberlain

30 Chaplow (Gobern 84)

07 Lambert

09 Barnard (Dickson 73)

Does't look like a "development squad" to me!

More likely

Boruc

Richardson Stephens Jos Fox

JWP Davis

Lee Guly Mayuka

J Rod

With Lallana, Lambert, Ramirez, Chaplow, Morgan, Kelvin and Puncheon on the bench. Having said that NA will probably mix some youth in on the bench - Reeves, Hoskin, Chambers, for example...

the only annoying thing is giving those fans in block 42/41 who HAVE to move one day to do it, Tuesday 18th, why lot let them buy in the season ticket holder period? as long as they buy a seat that doesn't belong to another season ticket holder i don't see the problem. If i don't manage to buy on that one day price goes up to £28

My guess is that they want to avoid lots of exchange transactions as people discover that there are a better seats available once the unclaimed season ticket holder seats are released for sale. I think they could have given a longer period, 3 days perhaps. There would still be plenty of time for general sale.

How come fans in block 41 have to move as well? We never had to move for Pompey and Man Utd in the cup.

I thought that was strange aswell, usually 41 sill free. I'm in block 42 and was thinking go to 41 but guess that ain't gona happen. Block 1 instead maybe if can get a ticket there ? 2nd best.

Also think it's a bit rubbish giving 41&42 ST holders just 1 day to get a different ticket sorted.

This. The segregation normally cuts into Block 41, rather than just taking it out of the away allocation.

I'm in Block 42 so shall be moving over to Block 2 for this one. Always like a little trip over there at least once a season.

Excellent. It'll be good to have you near us for this one. You can take over Griffos role of going downstairs on 35 minutes when instruct him too, queuing and buying my half time pint and having it waiting for me the bottom of the stairs when I come down on the whistle.

I'm not sure if Chelsea will require the full 10%. I'll be surprised if they bring more than the usual 3200 . Could be wrong.

Prepare to be wrong. They travel in numbers and they love the FA Cup having won it nearly every year recently. Season ticket holding friend of mine says they all go to "Away season ticket" holders and the rest dont get a look in.
