Dibden Purlieu Saint Posted 27 November, 2012 Posted 27 November, 2012 Been superb so far this season, a real rock in the centre of midfield. When he first came to the team I always thought he may be a little lightweight and not put in the tackles, but he is definitely doing this nowadays, and we have no real need for a Mulumbu type imo. With him and Cork patrolling in front of the back 4 we should be far more difficult to break down, but with a good passing range when we have the ball.
Saint Garrett Posted 27 November, 2012 Posted 27 November, 2012 was rubbish against WBA True, he was pretty woeful. But he's been pretty much faultless in the other games. Such an important player for us and has added a few goals to his game this year. Could have had another one on Sunday.

This Charming Man Posted 27 November, 2012 Posted 27 November, 2012 When are Arsenal going to re-call him from his loan?
Dibden Purlieu Saint Posted 27 November, 2012 Author Posted 27 November, 2012 When are Arsenal going to re-call him from his loan? I forgot about that! Used as another stick to beat Lowe with I seem to remember. Him and Prost really did pull this one out of the bag, got to say!
pingwing Posted 27 November, 2012 Posted 27 November, 2012 Has the best partnership with Cork, both have a great understanding of when to go forward and when to stay back which is good to watch.
Minsk Posted 27 November, 2012 Posted 27 November, 2012 When are Arsenal going to re-call him from his loan? Beat me to it. I was going to ask the same thing.
VectisSaint Posted 27 November, 2012 Posted 27 November, 2012 was rubbish against WBA He did have probably his worst game of the season against the Baggies (although rubbish may be a bit strong). Otherwise has been superb all season (I didn't watch the shambles against the Arse so if he had a bad game that day as well then I would concede that he has had 2 poor games).
Saint Charlie Posted 27 November, 2012 Posted 27 November, 2012 He has been class this season - the number of crucial interceptions he makes is also key and he has scored twice.
Baldbarbarian Posted 27 November, 2012 Posted 27 November, 2012 does the Arsenal "loan" actually exist?
This Charming Man Posted 27 November, 2012 Posted 27 November, 2012 does the Arsenal "loan" actually exist? Yes. Plenty of people said that was the case. They spent a couple of million on him and then loaned him to us for 5 years.
Saint Garrett Posted 27 November, 2012 Posted 27 November, 2012 does the Arsenal "loan" actually exist? No.
