Long Shot Posted 22 November, 2008 Posted 22 November, 2008 Interesting piece in today's Guardian - have looked for the link but can't find it. Someone else may have better luck. I wonder where he is now (Dia not Matt)?

I wonder where he is now (Dia not Matt)? I think he's being lined up for us in the January window , MW spotted him playing at Totton rec and has seen his potential as a replacement for Jack Boyle , once Jack has been sold to Spuds for 3 million

bridge too far Posted 22 November, 2008 Posted 22 November, 2008 HCDAJFU (Dia not Matt), cheap and would probably not look out of place, except his age. What a shame football doesn't incorporate the hockey system whereby you can bring on a 'specialist' (for free kicks / penalties). He could be on the bench just for this. That would boost the attendances.
Long Shot Posted 22 November, 2008 Author Posted 22 November, 2008 http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2008/nov/22/southampton-championship Thanks WS I need to hone my searching skills. I gather the Guardian tried to track down Ken Monkou to interview him but couldn't find him so went with MLT instead.
