We see reports like this pretty much every time an English team plays in Rome or Naples. How come there never seems to be any calls for their clubs to be banned.?

Terrible, just imagine if Real Madrid fans were attacked in Manchester last night!!! Blatter Platini would be coming out with all sorts!
