Asaint4ever Posted 19 November, 2012 Share Posted 19 November, 2012 Me and my wife left for saints from weymouth for the Swansea game and forgot our tickets:rolleyes:so she rang the ticket office to see if they could replace our tickets and they said not a problem. so we arrive at the ticket office to get our tickets but to be told there will be a £5 charge on each ticket which i was happy to pay as i just wanted to get in the ground but no the wife kicked off , and after waiting 20 mins they gave in and printed our tickets but they said we was in the northern stand which was strange as we purchased for itchen but i just wanted get in the ground so off we went but the ticket office manager pulled us to one side and said was there a problem? which we explained. so we went to go in but got refused via the new system it flashed up red! at this point i was getting annoyed so we looked at the tickets again and they was our old tickets printed off from the fulham game! grrrrr so we went back and seen the manager and he was baffled and very helpful and went and got us our tickets, as he came back he said he was very sorry for our troubles and said we could have 2 free tickets for any game which i chose Newcastle. this is the email we received Thanks for the email Kelvin. I understand you had to do a bit of chasing on this, so apologies for that. I can confirm the tickets will be issued and posted out to your address today. Again, apologies for the issues you encountered at the Swansea match and also for the delay in getting these tickets to you. Enjoy the game. Saint Garrett Posted 19 November, 2012 Share Posted 19 November, 2012 I had problems with my QPR tickets at the weekend (they never arrived!) so emailed the club. They were very apologetic and stated that we could just pick up duplicates from the QPR ticket office. Nipped to the ground before we went to the pub and there they were. Was kind of half expecting them to know nothing about them! Atleast there is improvement in communication which wasn't there a few months ago!
