The Uruguayan President is a bit of an eccentric who lives a frugal lifestyle on a farm and gives 90% of his Presedential salary away. Ive no idea what his policies are - but I like what he says and how he lives - if only because its a total contrast to our own self serving, bend the truth sound bite and image obessed leaders.
