Fulham make a £5m bid for Tottenham midfielder Tom Huddlestone according to the Daily Mail.

Fulham manager Martin Jol worked with the 26-year-old during his time in charge at White Hart Lane.

He was a shadow of his former self the other day. Awful. Had thought he might be a good option for us but really not convinced he's still got it.

Nowhere near as good on a constant basis as either of our two principal CMs. Odd good game when things are rosy, you have to watch out for players like that, good game, bad game, mediocre game, bad game, good game sort of thing. Plenty of them about, usually means that they are playing above their level when they have a good game.

Alan Nixon

Can't do Q and As right now. Wigan close to biggie. Bolton ultra busy - couple in, poss couple out. Huddersfield boss short list.

Wonder who the biggie is for Wigan.

Probably a CB....but I cant find any name at the moment that would be interested in Wigan really...

Thought they were deathly short of players?!

QPR have agreed a deal to loan midfielder Alejandro Faurlin to Italian side Palermo for the remainder of the season.

The 26-year-old has made 15 appearances for the Hoops this season, most recently in Tuesday's 0-0 draw with Manchester City.

they are deadly short of players they want to have. Faurlin has been pretty poor this season, did nothing when he came on as a sub yesterday. Game looked too fast for him.

Fulham reject a second bid from QPR for defender Brede Hangeland according to the Daily Mail.

Rangers are close to a deal to bring former Blackburn defender Christopher Samba back to the Premier League from Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala, but manager Harry Redknapp has not given up on prising Hangeland, out of contract in the summer, away from Craven Cottage.

LOL - going to be another one of 'those days' tomorrow on deadlin day...

Just now on talksport they were purring over redknapp saying how wonderful he is and how his management skills are giving QPR a fighting chance. And how the chairman is backing him....

I think he is a good manager, don't get me wrong. But how does he constantly avoid any stick what so ever for his actions. They were even saying what a smart move it was to have two keepers on the bench...

Just beggars belief

Stick for what actions ?

How much do you reckon QPR's weekly wage bill stands at? Must be over 500/600k? Sounds like they're going to get near the 1 million a week mark!

Guarantee it is more than that. I bet just these players are on that - Cesar, Green, Boswinga, Diakite, Bia, Remy, Cisse, Zamora, Granero. That would average out at £67k a week. Rumours of Remy being on £80k + bonuses, Boswinga on £70k and Green and Zamora both leaving their clubs for a hefty pay increase...

Horrid.

'Arry and QPR are a perfect fit really.

Constantly talking about other teams players in the media for one.

Ok, so pretty much the same as many other triffic managers for sure.

TBH I dont agree with the hatred towards the bloke, we were in the knackers yard anyway and he couldnt bring in reinforcements. If he keeps QPR up he really would have done V well, though I have to admit much will be due to the fact that Villa and wigan are crap.

Its Fernandes and Hughes that need kicking, if QPR go down they will be absolutely crippled financially unless Feenandes writes it all off. He really has gone sh*t or bust trying to buy his way outbof more or less an impossible position. As per usual itll be all 'arrys fault if they go bust though, forgetting that Hughes started the knife into QPRs heart, a knife that TF of course is personally in control of
