KelvinsRightGlove Posted 7 November, 2012 Posted 7 November, 2012 I may be totally wrong, in which case I sincerely apologise. But, am I right in thinking that we haven't had a manager complete two consecutive complete seasons (August-may) this century? I only started following saints c.2001, and can't remember a manager completing two seasons. This seems staggering to me, and perhaps symptomatic of our troubles in recent years. I'm sure there are some who will chastise me for this thread, but I think it's genuinely interesting, and if I am wrong, I am happy to be corrected. Thanks in advance.
CB Fry Posted 7 November, 2012 Posted 7 November, 2012 Not that staggering. Pretty common really. I'd say Jones is the last one to do it. Even Strachan only actually completed one full season.

CB Fry Posted 7 November, 2012 Posted 7 November, 2012 Really, wow, and he managed for all or part of 3 seasons?? Yes, that's right. He managed across three seasons, one of them being a full season. Any more sarky questions?
