JohnnyFartPants Posted 21 November, 2008 Share Posted 21 November, 2008 Surely the best in knickers a woman can wear, but I hear they are going out of fashion and will be replaced with apple catchers. That is just stupid.

bridge too far Posted 21 November, 2008 Share Posted 21 November, 2008 Thongs are SOOOOO last year. Even more distasteful is a) the sight of overweight women wearing thongs and b) any woman showing her thong above her jeans. However, since low-slung jeans are also SOOO last year, any woman with a modicum of pride will a) not wear a thong and b) not wear low-slung jeans. People who follow fashion and watch for "this year-last year" trends do so because they have to follow the crowds to fit in and while "in fashion" have no class! I don't follow fashion trends because I wear what I like and what suits me. I am not a lemming. Unfortunately many people don't understand the wisdom of this attitude - hence the vomit-inducing sights often on display. I would put men with beer bellies wearing vests / skimpy tee shirts and / or shorts in this bracket. Equally offensive.

Crouchie's Lawyer Posted 21 November, 2008 Share Posted 21 November, 2008 I think french knickers look nice on a girl. These pictures are purely for the purposes of illustration, those of a nervous disposition (possibly a a little on the NSFW side) should look away now... I wear thongs, but i'm not overweight and I wear a belt when I don't trust my trousers. I fail to see why I have no pride based on my choice of underwear? I find them a lot more comfortable. hamster Posted 21 November, 2008 Share Posted 21 November, 2008 This could get nasty. IMO http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/3867261.Talks_on_school_underwear_row/ And FWIW, I am in the french knickers camp. always have been, always will. Mrs Hamster has a pair with Saints motif on them, she keeps them for when she wants something, like a new hoover or the fuse in her iron needs changing. Crouchie's Lawyer Posted 21 November, 2008 Share Posted 21 November, 2008 (sp) Surely I am not the only one who read that differently! Ah, the trusty wink/w*nk mistake. I am forever caught out with this one. Can be quite embarrasing walking down the road and knocking one off on a girls leg instead of winking at her! (no I didnt just w*nk on you)
