Matthew Le Tissier Posted 5 November, 2012 Share Posted 5 November, 2012 As long as we have this muppet in our team we don't stand a chance in hell. Totally out of his depth. He's like a drunk 70,s disco dancer lost in a maze. Also Davis is not up to it. Why we got rid of Hammond and Harding god only knows. And Sharp at that. Lucky Lallana plays his position as well as his own He just stands and stares at people and does nothing Apart from attack and lose possession and walk back He is Dia

Colbury Posted 5 November, 2012 Share Posted 5 November, 2012 Lallana has been far worse than Fox but escapes criticism every time. Don't get me started on J Rod who is so far out of his depth it's embarrassing.
Matthew Le Tissier Posted 5 November, 2012 Author Share Posted 5 November, 2012 Why don't you watch the goals back from tonight and see who was at fault Fox just let a cross come in for the first And for the second just let odenwingy get past He's ****

Second, fox tracked him all the way you retard, Davis gave the ball away and the midfield jogged back. Atleast have a decent arguement if your going to just blindly blame a player
de-fence Posted 5 November, 2012 Share Posted 5 November, 2012 Yea I agree with the majority, Fox had a good game tonight. Has been very poor at times this season but credit where its due and he did earn it tonight. One of the few better performances from our team. DT Posted 5 November, 2012 Share Posted 5 November, 2012 He IS cacka, but Lallana is really hopeless in this league, offering us not much I'm afraid. Bad choice as captain because his play is not captaincy material.
Saint Garrett Posted 5 November, 2012 Share Posted 5 November, 2012 Lallana had a shocker tonight. Thought Fox actually had a pretty decent game. Ramirez not fit. Both CMs's massively underperformed. Lambert looked disinterested.
S-Clarke Posted 5 November, 2012 Share Posted 5 November, 2012 Fox was alright, and we weren't really troubled down the flanks for the majority of the game - only the occasion where Lallana went for a winter stroll.

You know why, because he had to defend against two opponents. You know who was supposed to be helping him? Lallana You know where he was? Watching the ball as usual. Look at the goals again when you're sober and you might actually get it.

jimi_missel90 Posted 5 November, 2012 Share Posted 5 November, 2012 Fox is by far our worst player. Easily dragged out of position and is about a mile off the attacking right winger. Too many times this season he's been to blame. If you watch the analysis most weeks on MOTD and Sky they highlight his errors. The only thing going for him is his crossing ability. Lallana attempted to mug someone in midfield and left Fox exposed. Watch how many other times AL played Fox into trouble and/or lost possession and left him exposed. He was exposed, again, for the second. Not at fault for either goal tonight.
Dazza82 Posted 5 November, 2012 Share Posted 5 November, 2012 Have to agree about fox, but in all fairness he is always being left exposed. Is it the players or formation? For me its the formation we havent got the players to play this formation yet, ok our options up top are good Lambert,JRod,Gaston, Lallana, Where we get let down is Davis,Fox,Fonte,Yoshida all not good enough. I think fonte would be good with a player like Jaidi next to him and a left back like Clyne at rb. Centre mid is a big Problem that most people seem too miss Davis is just not good enough and him and schneiderlin is too weak Mulumbu Bossed them both tonight and that is the type of player we need in the middle with Morgan
jimi_missel90 Posted 5 November, 2012 Share Posted 5 November, 2012 Not sure if people are joking or being serious. Fair enough Fox wasn't as bad as previous performances but you guys must be watching a different game. Unfortunately he's not the only one and a terrible performance by a lot of the team. Matthew Le Tissier Posted 5 November, 2012 Author Share Posted 5 November, 2012 Just stay in front (goal side) of the player where he started off. Not good enough . Of you class his performance and performances this season as good enough for the premier league than you haven't a clue. I suggest it's you muppets who sit behind a keyboard and are confess how to know how to play football. but infact are all overweight with 2 left feet and have only ever played pub football. To be fair My argument is FACT Please see our current league position and goals conceded. If you can defend that then say no more. He's Dia. sammysaint Posted 5 November, 2012 Share Posted 5 November, 2012 NA has to take responsibility for loaning out Sharp a proven goal scorer and paying 7 mill for a striker who wasn't really needed and didn't sign a LB and CB with that money, Sharp Lambo Lallana Gaston is good enough to keep us up, if we had a proven LB and CB at the level. Rebel Posted 5 November, 2012 Share Posted 5 November, 2012 Fox, Morgan, Davis, Fonte and Yoshida were all awful tonight. Fox is consistently awful though - his lack of positional awareness is terrifying. He just cannot seem to mark his man - or occupy the space he should. He drifts into the middle and backs off attacking players which seems to cause the rest if the defence to panic. Saying that tonight he was drifting in at times ascYoshida seemed to be marking no one.
The Kraken Posted 5 November, 2012 Share Posted 5 November, 2012 He has a point!! Fox is turd, there's no doubt about that. Picking on tonight's performance to highlight it though; no, not as much. And failing to recognise that Lallana does an incredibly poor defensive job at LM which directly led to the first goal is just plain ignorant, I'm afraid.
