pap Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 I don't doubt that politician etc don't get up to some seriously deviant ****, I just doubt the ability to keep it quiet. The example you cite was totally transparent and in reality probably fooled very few. Most Germans really didn't want to go to war. At that point, why on earth would they? Austria and Czechoslovakia incorporated into the Reich. I know it seems very transparent in hindsight, but at the time, Hitler needed it for his own people. Poland had been agitating toward Germany for years before and cosying up with France, etc. Then you've got the issue of Danzig, isolated from the rest of Germany. The Poles weren't well-liked. Most Germans would have believed it; those who didn't would have kept quiet. As I said in an earlier post, it isn't kept quiet. Stuff gets out, but as long as you can control the media people see, it really doesn't matter. There is a shocking lack of plurality in ownership of big media companies. That's only going to get worse as companies absorb each other in mergers. Doesn't matter how many honest journalists you might have; they don't have editorial control. Aren't you also assuming that everyone involved in a conspiracy has to be in on the conspiracy. I keep making the point about hierarchy because it is perhaps the biggest enabler of any conspiracy; people following orders without question. Look at the coppers who changed their Hillsborough statements when the orders come down. It has been proven time and time again that major sh!t can be kept completely under wraps for decades. I'm not quite sure why you think the whole world would know about it, or would blab about it if they did.
Saintandy666 Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 I don't see the point of banding around names before anything has even been stated. Judging by the amount of names flying around, they are probably all invented from the murky depths of the internet. And as for those getting into a political orgy over this, stop. Left wing, right wing has nothing to do with it. And whether it be Conservative, Labour, Lib Dem or whatever else... it is irrelevant and it doesn't make all people from that party a paedophile.
the stain Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 Paedophiles can be all political persuasions, although in some parts of the world they form their own party http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/5187010.stm That said, that party did disband in 2010 and my sources tell me that the members all moved to this country and are currently serving as MPs or tv presenters.
buctootim Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/5187010.stm Thats going to stigmatise free train travel
the stain Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 Thats going to stigmatise free train travel Ive always been suspicious of people who use trains, particularly those who skip the fare.
the stain Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 I also think those restaurants that advertise "children eat free (when accompanied by a paying adult)" are complicit in the whole paedophile culture that has developed in this country over the past couple of weeks. What if you don't have children? What are you supposed to do then? I think we all know what they want us to do, probably under the direct command from Gordon Brown.
EastleighSoulBoy Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 Ive always been suspicious of people who use trains, particularly those who skip the fare. Or pay for one level of travel while using a better, more costly, level? Tantamount to skipping a fare.

Very funny, worthy of a 30 second giggle fit
manji Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 Assuming Newsnight dont bottle it. Most of them are Tories. One of which a very rich Lord. Not a household name although his company is. Anyone with a knowledge of politics will know him.
CB Saint Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 I bet the bbc lawyers are sh1tting bricks right now. The beeb is screwed. If they publish they risk getting sued to buggery and beyond. If they don't then they will be accused of a cover up
Jonnyboy Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 Yeah there are no conspiracies. In the last couple of years alone, none of these happened: MPs expenses, Hillsborough truth, Phone hacking by NI, Jimmy Savile, etc etc. etc etc.
dubai_phil Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 Yeah there are no conspiracies. In the last couple of years alone, none of these happened: MPs expenses, Hillsborough truth, Phone hacking by NI, Jimmy Savile, etc etc. etc etc. You forgot Saddam's huge stock of WMD's in that list
Jeff Le Taxi Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 Could be noncesense. Haha nearly missed this little gem!
dubai_phil Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 Can someone wake Bearsy up. Us ex pats need a professional review of the show to read over our breakfast in the morning.
pap Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 Indeed. I also assume you don't realise that I am the person you were chatting to about it the other morning on Twitter No I didn't, DPS! I think you were one of the first people I added from here. I know better now
Jonnyboy Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 Tory. What's the point if they won't name him?
tony13579 Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 Who was the tory mp, minister for Wales who couldn't sing the national anthem
Hatch Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 Who was the tory mp, minister for Wales who couldn't sing the national anthem john redwood
saintbletch Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 Who was the tory mp, minister for Wales who couldn't sing the national anthem John Redwood I believe.
The Majestic Channon Posted 2 November, 2012 Posted 2 November, 2012 did they name anyone or not? No, not enough evidence. it will come out though, a senior torie from the dark days of thatcher
saintbletch Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 Seems like this has been an open secret for some years. Newsnight video and report now on-line here. More coverage here (names named). http://pebpr.blogspot.co.uk/ One of the abused, Steve Meesham, is shown in the video asking David Cameron to make good on his sound-bite that victims of abuse need to be believed. Surely, this was under Newsnight editorial direction. Clever, because Cameron could be forced to comment on the news report if public opinion gets behind it. So why sit on this for so long? is the BBC, or probably the Newsnight editorial team, hanging some Tories out to dry in retribution for the Savile affair? I can't see that any new information has come to light. Perhaps it is as simple as reviewing all old allegations in the light of public uproar over Savile. Perhaps it was Tom Watson's question in the 'Commons last week?
SaintRichmond Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 Who was the tory mp, minister for Wales who couldn't sing the national anthem John Bedwood I believe
Dig Dig Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 Who was the tory mp, minister for Wales who couldn't sing the national anthem John Wedwood I believe
bridge too far Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 Who was the tory mp, minister for Wales who couldn't sing the national anthem Wasn't it John Deadwood?
Wade Garrett Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 If this investigation is allowed to proceed, unhindered by the establishment, it could be the biggest political bombshell in history.
Viking Warrior Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 This latest claim is the same enquiry that saw dave jones wrongly charged with abuse.
Badger Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 Who was the tory mp, minister for Wales who couldn't sing the national anthem John Redknapp

Perhaps it was Tom Watson's question in the 'Commons last week? That blog has some damning accusations on it. It's political dynamite. Tom Watson's question could have opened a massive can of worms. I would imagine the super-injunction lawyers think that Christmas has come a bit early this year.
andysstuff Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 Who was the tory mp, minister for Wales who couldn't sing the national anthem John Westwood - certainly looks a wrong'un

Jonnyboy Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 To be fair Pap, nothing is immense in this whole situation. And if it turns out it is him, it will have been covered up by others high up in the Labour party. This could be the end of the Labour party as we know it IF allegations are true.
SaintBobby Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 It's not a Tory MP....it's seen a senior Tory.
St Chalet Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 I must admit the silence from Labour is deafening. Why are they not jumping up and down to demand an enquiry based on the Newsnight program? Unless of course they have something to hide themselves.....
Jonnyboy Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 Most of labour are alien lizards so they can't talk.

Why are they not jumping up and down to demand an enquiry based on the Newsnight program? Unless of course they have something to hide themselves..... A tad unfair. It was Labour's Tom Watson who asked the question in the House about the 'senior aide close to a former Prime Minister' and Labour has been calling for an independent enquiry following the Savile abuse allegations.
Saint in Paradise Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 From several links posted by myself and others in a couple of threads, these types of "people" that they alleged are not very nice, inhabit a very wide political grouping.
the stain Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 From several links posted by myself and others in a couple of threads, these types of "people" that they alleged are not very nice, inhabit a very wide political grouping. I don't think you should try and use this sick story for political point scoring.

revolution saint Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 Any other subject if they could pin something on a Tory Millaband would have been on every news show this morning. I honestly despair that child abuse can be considered party political.
Wade Garrett Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 I honestly despair that child abuse can be considered party political. I agree. Pedophilia has no political boundaries.
St Chalet Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 I honestly despair that child abuse can be considered party political. Agree, maybe the Labour Party have risen above the need to score points, good for them if so.
Jonnyboy Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 Agree, maybe the Labour Party have risen above the need to score points, good for them if so. But can you?
The Majestic Channon Posted 3 November, 2012 Posted 3 November, 2012 Agree, maybe the Labour Party have risen above the need to score points, good for them if so. And the tories don't? they all do, get real jesus
Lord Duckhunter Posted 4 November, 2012 Posted 4 November, 2012 We are now getting some real pony on this thread now. Anyone who thinks one party or the other would cover this up is deluded. Equally delusional are people who believe ANY party would make political capital out of it.
